Howdy Jet I'm sorry you didn't feel the value we offer wasn't for you. Room 1110 was renovated 5 months ago so the 'rust line' is a little puzzling. On your rate, it would only increase if you decided to upgrade your stay to a suite: Is it possible that was the case. Now on taxes, like all hotel we only collect what the state, federal government and tourism tax laws dictate. No doubt it can be a unpleasant surprise.. We appreciate your feedback Jet. Jay P, GM

We had a great room...this hotel is older, but updated, clean and nice. Comfie bed. We actually had a room on the end of the hall which was really large. I'll request it again. No free breakfast, but that's fine with me.

For the most part I enjoyed my stay. However there was a major incident that put a cloud on what could have been an enjoyable occasion for us. We arrived Jan 4th and departed Jan 5th to participate in a track event. My daughter and I had to go out to the local Walmart for items

Thank you Passenger... for bringing this to our attention. I am at a loss to explain such poor behavior by a security contractor, but you can count on me to do my best to get to the bottom of this. We appreciate your business and hope to see you soon. Jay P, GM

Great place to stay. A wonder made to order breakfast was included in our stay, and it was prepared by a very pleasant chef. The room was spacious. The front desk personnel were helpful and engaging. Overall a very nice place to stay.

How far is this hotel from Santa’s Wonderland??
I'm guessing I'm too late to help (sometimes these are oddly delayed in reaching me) but here goes. Santa's is about 15 minutes south of us, right off Highway 6. A very easy drive. Plan on another 10-15 minutes for parking and the shuttle. You'll love the place.

My experience has been that the hotel is very accommodating regarding requests like this. I'm sure you can secure with a credit card.

Howdy Smeekel All you need do is call us when you arrive. The Easterwood (College Station) airport is tiny and all you'll need do is what out the front door where our shuttle is waiting. What time and date are you arriving? Jay P
