A hidden treat . The staff is friendly and Stephanie was very accommodating. She made sure our stay was pleasant. The hotel is outdated but very cute . Warm and inviting. The rooms have everything you would need to cook a home cook meal . Dishes need updating but overall; you can get the job done. We enjoyed our stay .
Terrific suite - clean, neat, had everything we needed down to silverware and extra blankets. Most impressed by the fact that there was absolutely No Extra Cost (no refundable deposit, no cleaning fee -not when we checked in, Nor hidden fees when we checked out!) for our two medium dogs to be in the room with us. Loved the security of all rooms opening only to an indoor courtyard. Staff was friendly and very kind. We would definitely stay here again.
The motel is unique in a couple of ways. First, the rooms are spacious with full kitchens. Second, the courtyard is relaxing and pleasant with some enjoyable low-key music. Those two features earned the 5 stars. I last stayed here in 2019. Now, the inside does show some wear. If you plan to cook double check. In our unit there was a variety of utensils etc but the fry pan situation was a bit scary (we did not cook). Lots of water pressure, shower very hot. Front desk staff were good to excellent. Evening snacks/wine a nice touch. The little arbor area in center of courtyard is charming but really should be cleaned regularly. it is close to everything, near campus and good food choices on a quiet street. Overall would definitely stay again.
The Whole Staff are all Professionals, Stefanie Will Get You Right. You don't even got to ask. They Already Know. A+. This is a great get away for the family if your just passing thru college station. very pleasing Location.
Enjoyed my time with Vineyard Court. Spacious, clean, smelled good with great accommodations. The staff was a dream as well. The tall one at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Not to mention easy on the eyes. 10/10
Although this property is a little older, it’s concept and floor plans are more useful than many newer properties. The staff could not be nicer and more willing to make your visit enjoyable and pleasant. We were able to utilize some of the amenities even before check-in time.
This is an older hotel and it’s a little dated but I will stay here anytime I am in college station. The rooms are more like a apartment Hotel. It has all living room, a full kitchen with a bar and barstools. The courtyard has a very nice pool. Any mini places to sit and they have a barbecue grill. They serve a nice breakfast and even have a mixer in the evenings so you can get to know other guest. I was very pleased with this hotel especially for the money I paid.
First, I want to say the front desk was awesome and the courtyard was beautiful. However, the room was not. Furniture is old and too big for the space. The couch was almost unsittable. We were in a king bed with queen sheets - they didn't have king sheets (I asked). The comforter was disgusting with so many stains. The dish soap was in a plastic shot glass! The fridge leaked and the ice maker didn't work. Glass isn't allowed in the pool area but they don't provide plasticware. The social hour and free breakfast are worthless. They claim to be Aggie owned but the OYO toiletries say that's not the case. It looked so cute online! There is a great El Salvador restaurant across the street that we loved.
I have NO idea how this hotel has so many good reviews. Our room disgusting and they did not have a friendly staff. We stayed in the room when it was 29 degrees outside with no working heater and shivered all night long, the place was unsafe, AND THERE WAS MOLD ON THE KITCHEN CEILING!!!! I kid you not… and when it was brought to the staff’s attention it was a simple “oh, okay.” We didn’t demand our money back because we stayed for the night but I wish we would’ve left. On top of all of this, we made the reservation on their website and they didn’t even have a room for us when we arrived and they said they had one room left. (Which is probably why we got the room with the mold on the ceiling.) I would absolutely NOT recommend staying here.
I thought this hotel was fun, friendly, hospitable, and honestly, awesome - very sweet indeed. The amenities are nice and I thought the stay was of good value. The staff was remarkably friendly. Room was nice. Definitely recommended.
