beautiful place to stay

Great place to enjoy your stay in a traditional Sicilian town most hospitable owners that are very helpful in any way that is needed. You can choos traditional hotell room or a cottage in town. I would highly recomend it to everyone.

Stay in a hotel or traditional Sicilian cottage

Hotel - in the center of town, cottages scattered around the village. I recommend cottages - they are traditional, with a typical niche for this area - alcove on the bed. Comfortable, with full equipment, clean. Family run hotel very friendly. Davide, additionally is a guide in the town and observatory so you can easily plan a guided tour of all the surrounding attractions.

sicilia pure: sympatic, warm hearded and manysided

Montedoro ... Ein Schatz in den Bergen This small Hotel is a juwel with amazing people, always willing to help, always friendly and so sympatic. The whole family Petix is working together to keep this village in the Mountains young and interesting. That's the reason, the habitants , who work or study outside come back again and enjoy staying at this nice place. The Restaurant and the hotel are renovated official buildings. The hotel was a primary school before. But now the classrooms are new, tidy and beautiful small hotelrooms with a new bathroom and an aircon, TV, fridge, a shower and ca. 1 min away from the reseption. There is a restaurant with very tasty and good food and also next to it is the pool and a bar. During the summertimes are a lot of events (we joined a few of them and enjoyed them very much). There is also the observatory of Montodoro that belongs to the Petix family that you should visit. The price for everything is more than fair! To the beach it's only 45 min. The landscape is amazing arround Montedoro. And you don't find any rubbish on the streets.…
