It's no different from a hostel. There is nothing to do except park the car and sleep at night. I think Wyndham should check it from time to time.
Out of 5 points, breakfast 2.5 points, contrary to what they claim, there is no pool 0 points, room cleanliness 3 points, TV 2 points, hospitality 4 points, employee honesty 3 points, room silence 3 points.

I stayed there for 2 nights.
The location of hotel out of city.Noisy neighborhood near highway.Room was small but new and clean.Breakfast was average. Gym was looking good.But spa was strange.The clothes was in other side of Gym. Sauna and Steam Bath was in dress change room?
You can find a better hotel with better view in sea side for its price.

They double charged me, once they charged at check in and then again at check out, and it was for the full amount.
Ok, mistakes can happen, but I've been waiting for a refund from them since March (almost 9 months!!!). They keep forwarding me from one department to another. Wouldn't recommend this again.

...this hotel would get it. As others have said, the staff here are poor and make you feel unwelcome and unvalued. This is Turkey at its incompetent, uncaring worst. It is better than a night on a metal bench at Sabiha Gokcen when an airline tries to copy this hotel and screw everything up. But other than that, everything is better. Do not pay good money for anything connected with this hotel.

I have never stayed in a hotel of such utter incompetence. It seems that none of the staff speak English. It has taken us hours to get drinking water and after badgering restaurant staff, I get one 330 ml bottle. I wouldn't have been here at all but for a monumental stuff-up by Pegasus "airlines", which couldn't get two of us from Bodrum to Athens in less than A DAY! Flying horse? More like a grounded pig!

Hotel faculty good, room clean and comfortable, but staff and terrible service ruin all reputation of this hotel.
We go this hotel for one night by Pegasus Airline delayed flight.
We as room in upper floor but got 2nd, we asking not smoking room, but got smoking room.
Room smelled very bad I can't sleep good. Open window not help.
For dinner we got small very not tasty sandwich and box of jusr.

We missed our connection flight in Istanbul and got stuck for an extra night. We where escorted to this hotel around 10 in the evening. The hotel is beautiful and looks to be in great condition. The checkins took over 45 minuts for 10 rooms, with 5 staff in the reception. We were told there would be some food in the rooms but in my room there where nothing. I went down to the reception and told them that we didn´t have any food and also asked them if they could bring a extra large meal for me and that I was very hungry. Almost 1 hour later they finally came to the room with 2 smal sandwiches with ham and cheese and a box of juice!
I woke up hungry and angry and found out that the breakfast buffe were smal and unsatisfying.
We left as we came, disappointed, hungry and tired.

we had a terrible experience with Pegasus airlines (never fly with them at any cost) and we were delayed for two days and we had to spent 2 nights at Ramada.
you don't really feel like a guest but you feel like a burden on the hotel staff. No facilities whatsoever. there is one boring restaurant where they served us rise and chicken everyday. we stayed for 2 nights our room was not cleaned at all. i had to call them to pick up the garbage. i paid 10 Lira for 2 small bottles of water which one of them was supposed to be complementorary the next day. i really felt like a prisoner !.
it is 1 and a half hours drive from Istanbul centre. so we wanted to go the outlet mall which is the nearest to the hotel as per the staff. They told us that the taxi would be very expensive so take the Hotel private car and yet we had to pay 200 Turkish lira !!!! that is a lot of money. and for sure 5 times more that what is actually costs. but this is a trend in turkey if you a tourist you have to pay wayyy more.
