At 7:00 the next day, I received a call on my Cell Phone from a No Caller ID number. The man said that he was the General Manager of the Cedar Hill La Quinta and that the clerk had messed up and charged my Credit Card 4 nights instead of the one night. He only had the last four digits...

I am so very sorry you have had to deal with such a situation. At this time we are still unsure as to how this could have happened. However, rest assured that we are doing a full investigation as well as continuing to train our staff to avoid situations like this.

Initially, I was apprehensive at staying here, based on previous La Quintas visits in other cities; it turns out all La Quintas were not created equal. To me, there is NOTHING more important in a hotel stay than a clean room. The windows, sheets, bathroom, carpet/ flooring, and couch were all very clean. I would certainly stay again.

Stayed here while seeing the Wings Over Dallas Airshow sponsored by the Commemorative Air Force. Lots of support staff and reenactors were there also. Great time, really nice hotel and great staff. Will stay here again for the next show.

The hotel rooms were clean. The only problem is the morning buffet. The eggs, biscuits an gravy were cold. Checking in and out was easy. They were prepared at the front office One other minor issue is the internet seemed a little slow.

I would recommend this la Quinta in Cedar Hill, TX . Enjoy a hot breakfast every morning. Clean rooms, clean hotel and the staff is just Great and very professional. You wont be disappointed. Minutes from shopping malls, grocery stores.

We had difficulty with very noisy people in room above us. We complained to desk but it went on all evening and until 2 am. Sounded like an aerobics class upstairs. Probably will stop staying here. Too bad, have stayed here often in past, last time was just last month.
