Enjoy the entire resort while enjoying my conference. I will definitely be back with my family to enjoy even more. My hubby would enjoy some golf with the boys while I enjoy some quiet time at the spa.

There is so much to do here for children of all ages. The bikes and outdoor games were a big hit with our grandchildren ages 3 and 7. They mascot greeting was so much fun for them. We loved going birding and walking in the mornings. Of course the lazy river and pool is awesome. A great family place to stay and you don't have to leave the hotel area for entertainment.

The room was very clean. Very quiet. Could not hear the person above or next to you. Service staff were friendly and helpful. And the food was very good. We had our company Christmas party there. Great place to have it.

Beautiful resort, but make sure you come during what’s considered “peak season”. Hot tubs didn’t work in the pool area. Informed front desk multiple times only to be told engineering would check on it (never was fixed). Only one restaurant will be open on Sunday and Monday nights. Staff didn’t bother to open the hotel bar at all on Monday night. While I understand it might not be a busy time of year, I’m not receiving a discounted rate.

The moment you take the private drive to the resort, you can feel the relaxed, vacation mode. The entire property is very serene yet fun and something to do with all ages. The spa was clean and relaxing, our room was very nice, check-in was easy, and the best part is when you go to bed on Thanksgiving night, you wake up to Christmas the next morning. There is a tree lighting along with Santa. The Thanksgiving buffet is one of the best I've ever had, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the resort is immaculate. We look forward to making Thanksgiving an annual event at the Resort.

Go out to eat. The food is way too expensive, and the quality is below Hyatt standards at both restaurants. They breakfast buffet is fair the dinner buffet is not worth it. The restaurant service was below par waited an hour for our food.

The hotel, and grounds, etc., are very nice. However, it is just too expensive. A 2 night stay cost us just over $1100. Would consider you look elsewhere if cost is a factor in deciding where to stay.

Stayed here for one night with two girlfriends, and it did not disappoint. We had a junior suite and we all were really impressed with the roominess. We had snacks at the steak house and bar area, and the steak house especially was was sooooo good. Breakfast at the Fireside cafe was exceptional-I’m still thinking about that gravy they put on the biscuits. Definitely was impressed by the food overall at Lost Pines-way above average for hotel food. All hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. Spa was great, valet was great, no complaints anywhere. Loved all the fires they had going on a cold night-we brought a couple bottles of wine and enjoyed them in the lobby. Was fun to people watch in front of the fire! Would love to return here on a better weather weekend-they have a lot to do with the pool area, biking, horseback riding, golf etc. Just loved the vibe here overall.
