I had to write another review after our last experience. There is a reason we keep coming back, the facility is beautiful, the service is excellent. It is a real luxury retreat. I love the trails nearby. As Hyatt Diamond members we were treated royally, and I appreciate that. The only issue we had was the food in the Regency...

Would recommend this venue for small or large company meetings/celebrations. Facilities and service level of the staff is simply top notch. Even possibility to combine business with pleasure, golf course "wolfdancer" close by, and lots of other recreational offers.

Had a great trip to lost Pines. The golfing was wonderful. Food was delicious. Lots of activities for family to do both inside and outside. My father is in his early 90s and the hotel helped me rent a scooter so he could take advantage of the expanse of property and take outings on some of the paths around the...

I have traveled to this resort now three times and it is evident it is time for an upgrade. Overall the staff is very courteous and the food is delicious. The activities are also great. If they improve the rooms I think they will see improvement.

Still one of my favorite places. We went right after Thanksgiving and the resort was booked nearly to capacity the first night and then virtually empty the rest of the stay. The staff at the front desk did her best to accommodate our room request and we understood when she couldn't meet our request due to such a busy weekend....

We went for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary and had a quiet restful intimate time. The occupancy was low that weekend so at times we felt like we had the resort to ourselves. We hiked, read by the fireplace, and enjoyed some wonderful meals.

I can't emphasize this enough . . . this is a family-oriented resort. If that's you, you'll enjoy your stay (don't stay here if you're looking for a romantic getaway). The property is huge and there is a lot to do. We stayed in a junior suite and there was nothing "junior" about it. Ask for a room/suite with a view...

Second time visiting the resort for NYE package. We were all disappointed that there were no rides this time like last year. The skating was a poor substitute. Fun indoor activities with games and DJ for the entire family. Very kid friendly. Exceptionally well maintained property and all the staff were extremely helpful. The food is mediocre and Stories is...
