I stayed inealry November. This was an incredible place to stay, from the beautiful grounds, the amenities, the activities and the animals on property. This resort is in a beautiful wooded setting with a golf course, walking and horseback riding trails and lots of activities. There is a daily free activity for kids and you can visit with the Hyatt animals...

We spent four nights at this property just to relax and "refresh our batteries". This was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hotel has an elegant/rustic decor and was beautifully decorated for Christmas (inside and out), including one upside down Christmas tree. The employees were very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Our first room (standard) was spacious, attractive, and...

This is a quiet place. A good place to unwind and unplug. Fire pits, late night drinks with live music. Good food. And areas to walk and talk. Was a good weekend getaway. Make reservations prior for the main restaurant. Limited space.

Good restaurants and a lot of cozy places to sit and relax. Beautiful rooms. The restaurants were good- breakfast buffet was a good value. Not the best buffet but a great option. All the staff were so friendly.

We stayed at the Hyatt Lost Pines for a dance convention. In spite of the massive amount of families that were in attendance, they made you feel like you were royalty. All of the staff, from Housekeeping to Valet, to Custodial, they were helpful, courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We travel a lot and have yet to come across a...

We participated in the air boat and horse back riding. It was fun and so relaxing. We were on our honeymoon and the staff was very good. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing during the day and at night.

Beautiful resort but it is a drive from Austin. Closer to Bastrop than Austin. Located along the river. Occupancy varies with the time of the year. We arrived after the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. The property is spacious and has great views. The spa was great. Massage excellent and separate hot tubs for each gender. Food was excellent and the bar...

We spent Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving at the resort looking forward to using their great heated pool. Did so on Friday, but they did not heat it Saturday or Sunday morning. Shivering, frigid kids instead of happy campers. Very bad idea. Check to be sure it will be heated in winter if you want to swim.

We had one of our best holidays ever at the Lost Pines Hyatt. Very beautiful grounds. Food was excellent, buffet outstanding.. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome ambience of the hotel and excellent staff. Attention to detail everywhere is obvious. One of our favorite places!
