I chose Rainbow Hearth hoping for a peaceful stay and bonding time with my pups. I gained so much more than relaxation. Having no intruding technology, quiet time to reflect, and getting to spend time with Mariah from the body work to conversation was so healing. I could feel myself changing, getting back to my personal place of power, once... More

Mariah was very nice and friendly. Thanks for shared your beautiful home to us. Gorgeous lake view. We stayed at Blue herron room. Love the purple walls. Our daughter loves to explore the path in the property. I love to seat at the private porch read book and listen to birds singing with the lake view in front. Enjoyed the... More

The facility is very upscale and clean. The hot tub is wonderful. Organic cuisine is great. There is no TV but you don't need one. Great views and ambiance. Spa and massage too. The owner is very friendly. You can see the action at the lake.

Rainbow Hearth is much more than a usual spa/ retreat. Each cozy room is unique with homey touches and the lake views are spectacular. The body work is top of the line and specifically catered to your specific physical/emotional needs. The organic dishes are delicious - I just loved the specially prepared omelets and smoothies at breakfast. I felt so... More

I appreciated the open feel of this place that looked and felt like a whimsical hippie hollow. Moriah is a terrific cook and massage therapist, so go! The meals are fairly identical, so I'd recommend staying 1-3 nights only, and do buy the eating plan simply because staying on this beautiful property (walks, swings, fountains, balconies, comfy chairs) is rejuvenating... Mariah was more than empathetic to our needs, and went out of her way to ensure our great stay. My husband & I wanted a reprieve from our stressful work lives involving computers & high-tech gadgets, so we came here for our anniversary. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Mariah & Scott, who were both down-to-earth & friendly. We... More

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary retreat. We stayed in the Sky Loft and the view was spectacular. This is a place you go to connect with nature, your partner/friends, and yourself. No TV, no bar, just an amazing setting, delicious wholesome food, and Moriah's bodywork is incredible. This truly is a sanctuary. Can't wait to return.

I travelled on my own and stayed in the Sky Loft room. It was immaculately clean as well as being simply and amply furnished. I particularly liked the communal dining arrangement. The food was fresh, vibrant and more than ample for me. Fresh fruit and other snacks were available all the time too. The vibe is easy going and accommodating... More

If you would like to stay at the Rainbow Hearth and enjoy your experience, bring your own food, coffee maker, coffee, hair-dryer, cooler or mini fridge, and don’t expect to feel great about your stay or that you can relax. My husband and I regret deciding to stay at Rainbow Hearth. The host greeted us and immediately you got the... More

“All rooms either face the lake or have a deck to watch the sunset. The exception is the yurt, because it is in the tree branches.”

“Go to the website and look at pictures, all rooms are quiet, you hear the sounds of the woods and windchimes. The Yurt is best in the fall and winter- gets too hot in the summer (its not central air). All the rooms are cute, but not all have a view. Yurt is most private.”
