Stayed there last weekend for our anniversary. Bob & Denise think of everything you will need for a home away from home experience. The room was beautifully furnished (and spotless), the breakfast was out of this world delicious and the personal attention was truly cherished. You will feel like you are staying with friends and their lovely dog, Booker. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We had an amazing 2 day stay for a wedding in College Station. Our room was so clean, along with the rest of the house being spotless. Denise and Bob are excellent host, they made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed learning about the history of the home and area. The breakfast were wonderful, you will not walk away from the table hungry. We left feeling like we gained new friends. We will be back.

I had the pleasure of spending two nights at The Milton Parker Home B&B. Denise and Bob are lovely, accommodating hosts providing snacks and beverages in the evening and superb advice about the best local restaurants for meals. My room, “Winnie”, was quiet and spacious and the bed was simply delicious with soft sheets, plenty of blankets and comfortable pillows. I slept well, and I typically don’t sleep well when I travel. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and secure. The bathroom was similarly well appointed, with plenty of towels and a soft robe. Breakfast deserves a separate paragraph. Denise listened to my preferences (that I shared when making my reservation) and prepared lovely meals that fortified me for my busy days of meetings. They also have a wide variety of loose leaf tea, which is a treat. The Milton Parker is close to downtown Bryan, an easy walk to explore the stores/restaurants to support local businesses. College Station is a quick drive down the road. I can’t wait to return!!

This was the perfect setting for the extended Gameday Weekend for my classmates and I. Denise and Bob are the absolute best Innkeepers! The food was gourmet quality! The rooms were immaculate! The price was beyond reasonable for football weekend accommodations in the area. To top it off, Pappy Van Winkle and Booker Noe, the resident Golden Doodles, would welcome us with wagging tails whenever we returned. I’ve heard that the mark of an outstanding Bed and Breakfast is how much it feels like home. In this case, it felt exactly like Home! I have stayed in hundreds of B and Bs from New England to Charleston SC to all across the Deep South and the Milton Parker Home Bed and Breakfast is THE BEST!!!

Howdy! Of course, we are biased and LOVE having fellow Aggies stay at this wonderful B&B that has a long history and strong ties to TAMU. You join the list of notable Aggies that have all experienced the hospitality and warmth of the Milton Parker Home including Coaches "Bear" Bryant and Gene Stallings. To us, you are even more important! And Pappy and Booker agree! See you in the fall!

Thank you for being our first guests in the Cottage on West 27th Street. Built in 1885 it was originally the "kitchen" for the mansion. Over the years it has morphed into many purposes. We are so happy that you love the renovation and we look forward to your return this spring!
