Beyond fabulous We have visited before in the fall and loved it. This time we chose a 3 night stay in springtime. The flora on the Great Smoky Mountains were just budding. We hiked, splurged at the spa and enjoyed divine meals at the Barn and in the Dogwood Cafe. We visited the Lassotto Romagnoli puppies, 14 in all perfectly adorable and all spoken for. Our cottage in the Holly Glades was lovely, beautifully decorated and uber comfortable. In short, there was not a single thing that wasn’t perfect. Cannot wait to return.

This hotel is incredible. We had high expectations going in and were a little nervous that Blackberry Farm wouldn’t live up to them. It turns out that Blackberry exceeded our expectations in pretty much every way. The hotel is beautiful, the food is incredible (like REALLY incredible), the service is so lovely and warm. We had so much fun doing the various activities - fly fishing, hiking, visiting the puppies, sheep and lambs, and the farmstead tour. It really is a working farm and it is incredible to see how passionate everyone who works there is about the property including the animals and the horticulture. We booked our return trip while we were still there, and are looking forward to returning year after year in the future!!

What a wonderful place in the middle of the TN mountains. So incredibly thought through in any possible expect. Everything seems to be perfect ... and despite being a busy place, it never feels as such. Mostly because there is so much to do and so many places to explore. From hiking and kayaking to fly fishing and just taking a walk along the wonderful areas to watch the animals ... including the young lambs and dogs. Just a wonderful place "out-of-this-world".

What a magical place! We can’t imagine a more romantic getaway for foodies and wine enthusiasts. Such gorgeous grounds, sweet, genuine staff, exceptional activities hosted by knowledgeable people and the food and wine was simply outstanding! It’s rare that a place lives up to the hype but BlackBerry Farm is everything you’ve heard and then some. There is a simplicity there that’s hard to explain. Every bite is perfect yet not overdone, the service is not stuffy yet your every need taken care of. So many of the dishes we tasted were our favorite ever! (the burger at lunch, oh my! Their French fries, wow! Every dish at Dogwood and The Barn is worth writing about. We loved our interactions at the meals, especially with Melody, Reggie and Jasmine. Rachel at the front desk was delightful, Alex took us on a guided hike through the mountains and he was great. Our cooking demo was a blast and delicious. I could go on and on. All in all the level of service here is second to none. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the ease of getting a drink, cruising the grounds on your golf cart, it’s just everything you could ask for. We cannot wait to go back!!

Feeling so grateful for Blackberry Farm and all the amazing people who make it so special. This time we brought our 25 year old son and his girlfriend - they fell in love with this magical place too. Said they felt like they were walking around in an episode of Succession. :) So thrilled they enjoyed it as much as we always do!

The setting, accommodations, food and activities are beyond compare. My favorite thing about Blackberry Farm is the southern hospitality and amazing staff. From the moment you arrive on property, you feel right at home. They have staff members who have been there ever since we first went over eight years ago. What a testament for a great employer.

The property & grounds are beautiful. We were very happy to get an upgrade when we arrived. They had people cancel, I imagine, due to frigid weather. It was a 25th anniversary trip for us. The elevated dining venue - the Barn, and Bramble Hall were both excellent. Food & wine - all delicious. We did wonder WHY the man was always served first at ALL of our meals. I thought good ol' Southern tradition meant the lady is served first. I was disappointed in this single lapse in etiquette. I'm old fashioned enough, I think it's polite to serve ladies first. Otherwise the service was fantastic.
