Beautiful, walkable landscapes, charm and fabulous cuisine are among just a few of the most wonderful aspects of the Blackberry Farm experience. Our accommodations were very updated and well appointed. We enjoyed being within a short walk to the main house . Despite 3 days of rainy weather our trip did not disappoint. We focused on enjoying the grounds and cuisine and spa. We did not take any of the extensive classes and experiences offered so let me comment on what we did do. Our room was in The Guest House and it was beautiful. We had access to a gorgeous common areas with comfortable chairs, snack/beverage station and roaring fires. Spent a fair amount of time and $money$ at the spa. This is a beautiful facility inclusive of a pool area, however this is one area that needs work....the quality and uniqueness of the very, very high priced spa services are so so. We are experienced and well traveled day spa clients and know what an outstanding spa service is. We walked miles and miles around the property enjoying the farm sights and sounds. The absolute best of the Farm is the first rate plus cuisine, service and presentation. Nothing, absolutely nothing disappoints in this area.....I took the days' menus home on several occasions to help me remember my outstanding choices. It's worth going to BF for the cuisine alone.

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at Blackberry Farm, staying in Indigo Bunting, in one of the Holly Glade cottages, and it was such a wonderful experience. From our arrival, and greeting and being taken to our room by the super-sweet, Paola, to the wonderful staff, and thoughtful servers, and even providing us with our own golf cart to use during our stay... it was a first-class, 5-star experience, the whole stay. The food and the meals were delicious, well-prepared, and presentation was beautiful. We had our most fabulous meal at The (GORGEOUS) Barn, and our server, Sara, was so sweet. When my husband couldn't decide between two items, she simply brought him both! I enjoyed walking on the beautiful property, every morning, bright and early, and we also hiked, and I enjoyed a massage. We went off-site one day, to visit nearby Cades Cove, which was beautiful, and the staff provided us a delicious box lunch AND one of their LEXUS to drive, so that we didn't have to take our car! Everything about this trip was perfection, and memorable. (Even with our stay being during COVID, staff wore masks, and most guests did, as well. We opted for limited housekeeping, as not to have staff in our room, and they simply provided us with fresh linens each day.) Our room was lovely, clean, and well stocked with teas, coffee, and enough snacks to last us all three days!! Such a great experience, and we hope to be back. My husband and I have visited other 5-star luxury hotels, and Blackberry Farms and their staff are on par with the level of excellence that we have experienced in many European luxury hotels.

My sister and I loved our stay at Blackberry Farm. From the views to the rooms, there is no inch of Blackberry that hasn't clearly been thought out. The service was exceptional, and by the time we left, we had serious vacation blues. Our favorite part was the staff. They truly made this experience excellent. This is the kind of place where, for example, my sister ran into me while we were waiting for our car to leave BF. She dropped her special strawberry spritz drink that Janine at the bar had made for her. Even when we said it was no problem, one of the staff members slipped away and brought her a new one just as we were leaving. It's the kind of small touches like these that made our stay extra warm. We loved seeing and talking to Melody and Jessica in the mornings. We went horseback riding with Susanna who was so upbeat and clearly loved what she did every day. Plus, the field and stream ride was so beautiful. We had the magnesium renewal massage at the Wellhouse and loved it (thank you so much, Leah! Your hands are magical!) The food at Barnhill truly blew us away, and our lunches at Dogwood followed by racing to the rocking chairs and reading a book were restorative. We can't wait to return.

Tucked away in the mountains is this small cottage village with Michelin quality restaurants and farm to table meals. You can meet the animals, play in the garden swim in the pool or hang out in the games room. What I did was eat, sleep and eat some more. It rained the entire time I was there but the cottages are beautiful with a toasty oak fire, the pantry is stocked and when I wanted something I didn't have I called guest services or hopped in my golf cart and tooled away. It really is the most beautiful place tucked away in the Tennessee mountains and once you visit you'll be hooked too.

Just returned from a three night stay and everything great you hear and read about the resort is so true. A special shout out to Chris who is not only a first class fishing guide, but a really enjoyable person to interact with. He certainly went above and beyond to ensure a great fly fishing experience on property. Also, Megan at the Main House provided excellent service and fun conversation at breakfast and lunch. To top it all off, a message treatment from Sue is not to be missed. All the staff were friendly and accommodating and just wanted you to enjoy all that Blackberry has to offer. First time there, but will be back.
