This property is clearly quite old, resembling a roadside motel more than anything. They say “a total renovation is underway” but judging by the king room we stayed in, the renovations that were begun were never completed. We also didn’t see any signs of ongoing renovation. We were glad to only be there one night and were happy to leave early the next morning. Would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.

Worst hotel experience ever and I travel a ton for business and pleasure. They charge you a daily cleaning fee while refusing to clean the room or resupply towels. When asking for fresh towels you are pointed to a guest closet up by the office that has nothing in it. The towels we were given after several requests were filthy, to the point of white towels being brown.

I absolutely loved this place. The beds were wonderful and I slept like a baby all 3 nights I was there. They were so accommodating and made sure we had a room next to other family members. We had 2 dogs and there was all kind of room for them to walk/run. I would definitely stay there again.

Conveniently located away from craziness of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Not over priced. But the goodness ends there. Beds uncomfortable. Refused an extra blanket when requested, so we had to go buy one for our one week stay. Tiny bath towels that feel more like sandpaper. Tiny bathroom — TP actually hanging in your lap. Very humid room. Hot tub / spa gross - things floating. Disgusting pool bathrooms. Will not stay again, though we visit the area at least once a year.

I'm sorry to write this review, however, I do not want anyone else to waste a moment or money on this horrid hotel. I'm 73 years old and have traveled all my life. This was the worst hotel experience. The pictures on the website are NOT representative of the actual hotel. The room was extremely dirty, dark, dated and worn out. See the dresser in the picture. All the furniture looked like the dresser. Chipped, dirty and warped! Lighting was dark, carpet soiled...you should see the bottom of my socks! No telephone. Tv is on its last leg...very dark and hard to see. Very limited tv viewing (few channels - cheapest pkg). We had a "suite." One remote for 2 tvs. We did not stay in the living room or sit on the furniture as it was so dirty and stained. The couch was good for holding our suitcases. Shower did provide hot water quickly. However, I was concerned I may fall as the bottom of the tub was slippery and there was not a bar to hold onto. Shower curtain was too long and had to hang to the outside of the tub while showering causing the floor to get wet. No shower curtain lining. The office was closed most of the time and almost impossible to talk to anyone. We needed toilet paper! (notice the lack of toilet paper holder in picture). Office was closed (mid morning) so we called...no answer and voicemail was full. Finally made contact with a rude person and was told we could come down and get some if we really needed it. What? No clean towels as they do not offer service while the room is rented. The porch had debris on it when we arrived and still there when we checked out 3 days later. Thank goodness we spent much of our time away from the hotel. We never saw a custodian or cleaning cart! The glass door leading to the balcony was in urgent need of cleaning! I didn't want the curtain pulled back as the "view" of the glass was too nasty. Please believe all the other poor/bad reviews! I do not have adequate adjectives for this experience!…

Dirty, dated and horrible business practice. There was inches of dust and dirt in bathroom vents, end table leg was broken, surface on dresser and nightstand warped from what appeared to be standing water left on the surface to the point could not even place a drinking glass on it. And called a week after our stay saying they were charging us $100 dollars for not cleaning up after our dog at 3AM when we walked him in the rain. Was not even aware he had done anything. NEVER notified us prior to stay of this type of charge or was it obliviously posted. Response was “it was on their website” but we went back and looked and cannot find it on their website

Room not ready one hour after check in time. Got moved to room by pool. Had to cancel due to strong cholorine smell( unable to stay in room). Room was dark and dated. No breakfast available as advertised on website.

We arrived to find out thy did not have our reservation, even though I had my complete paperwork in my hand showing them the conformation number. They said I was at the wrong hotel!!?? We were at the address and hotel listed on our paperwork! Then they "found" our reservation. While giving us the key the clerk told us it was on the second floor. There are no elevators!!! I specifically stated on my reservation and pointed the request out to them that I was not permitted to use stairs. After pointing out several key factors why I could not medically climb the stairs They refused to change our room to downstairs. Needless to say, we had no choice but to stay due to us not being able to get a refund and it was peak season and all the other hotels were booked or was charging a ridiculous price. You could imagine the pain I was in climbing a flight of stairs during our 3-night stay. Once I finally got to the room, I seen the beds were ridiculously high! The top of the mattress came to my hip!!! There is no easy way to get into bed. The "balcony" they rave about on the website was a filthy back porch off of the room that faced a propane tank and a maintenance shack! They do not freshen your room or make your beds on a daily basis. You have to fill out a slip every day and turn it into the office to replenish towels, T.P etc. We had to take out our own trash for two days. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet. The heater, fridge and microwave worked accordingly. The shower was hot with good water pressure. I'm sure the management will reply with their form response. I honestly don't care if there is a resolution to my issues. I do care that others are aware of the uncaring staff they have and the lack of hospitality this business has. …

Maybe in 1980. But the bed and bathroom were okay. Nice couch. From there it was worn and very dated. Roach on the wall wasn't invited. Front door was loose. Stained windows.Top it off it cost $302. Big mistake. But not again.

Let me tell you that the photos online are nothing like the actual resort. Maybe 30 years ago it was like that. We stayed here with family members as my neice was getting married in Gatlinburg) Run down is an understatement. I tried to call the resort for 3 days straight, no one picked up , voice mail was full I sent an email because I need med to ask about check in. No response Tried to check in at 3 was told rooms were not ready and they were understaffed Front desk staff told my neice when she complained about not getting the room she booked that if she didn’t like it she could leave. She said she was getting married tomorrow and the male behind the desk yelled “I don’t care if you are getting married”. Outside my room there was some kind of metal plates laying by the door, the window sill was rotten, the was water pouring off roof because the gutters were broken or rotted. Inside smelled like mold, there was a 1 inch gap under the door, I had to put a towel by the door to stop any critters coming in there, the baseboard molding was hanging off the wall. My room did not look like the pics online it was very dated. The tv was small, no soap in room or shower. The outdoor pool and hot tub were half empty and green water in them. Not sure who front desk person was, maybe the owner but extremely rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, there are much nicer places close by for the same or less cost.…
