Walked into a beautiful, clean room with a Bible opened on table! Dual head shower was a delight after the salt water pool! Bear shaped towels in the bathroom! So much attention to detail! Definitely coming back!

Great pet friendly hotel with microwave & small refrigerator. Great views as well. Only complaint was the restroom was tiny. Hotel has 2 outdoor pools with scenic views and lots of walking trails. Within walking distance of a few great restaurants.

Stayed for 3 nights. Room was spotless and spacious with microwave and fridge. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for years. I really didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. Room was dark and quiet. Close proximity to Smokey Mountain National Park and all the local attractions. Staff helpful. Overall one of best most... More

Stayed two nights. 2 couples in one room. Rooms were clean , very comfortable and didn't feel crowded. Room had small fridge, microwave and a kurig! Several pools and a hot tub. Nice outdoor grassy area with playground and a firepit. Plenty of room for kids to play. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

We had 3 rooms rented for a family trip to Cades Cove and all 3 rooms exceeded expectations. All were renovated recently and were equipped as requested, one was handicap and the other 2 king beds. We will be back!!!

I ran the Smokey Mountain Half marathon this past weekend and wanted to stay relatively close to the race so I found this little gem of a hotel in the town where the race was held. You can tell the lodge has been renovated we stayed in a 2 queen size family room it was quite spacious and the surrounding... More

To begin, this place has the most outstanding customer service of any place I have stayed in the US!!! We rode motorcycles with another couple to Gatlinburg on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. It was *supposed* to be a day trip, but it didn't work out that way. We knew there were no rooms available but crossed our fingers and... More

Thank you so much for the kind review! We truly believe in hospitality here at Tremont, and there's no way any of us could let you head back out on the roads, tired and hungry. I'm so glad we were able to get a room ready for you, and delighted that you enjoyed your stay. It's results like that that... More

The hotel is a good central location to visit different parts of the mountains, within a hour away. Only complaint, there were ants around the bathroom which they addressed quickly. Other than that nice place.

Our trip was last minute. I read some mixed reviews of Tremont so I took a chance and reserved our room. I am glad I did and will stay again. It is not fancy. Not by a long shot. But our room was clean and comfortable. And when we checked in the AC was on - that is a plus!... More

We were rafting in Bryson & on a whim decided to ride across the mountain. Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge were miserable full & crowded w/ no vacancies all over. So after looking online I found Tremont. We'd stayed in town 1 other time @ the Best Western & were happy w/ them. We are bad about last min trips &... More
