This is an average Best Western with older rooms. (Perhaps our room had not been remodeled.) It's nice to see a little variety in breakfast offerings. We enjoyed the stay before going into the Smoky Mountains.

I live in the Smoky Mountains and we had one serious fire and our area needed to evacuate our homes. The employees at Best Western were helpful, super nice and couldn't do enough for all of us. I always liked Best Western and I will tell friends who need a place to stay, to use this or the one in...

My wife and I along with our grandchildren wanted to spend a few days in the Smoky Mountains during our trip back home to Michigan. We chose the Best Western Cades Cove Inn as our "base-camp" for our day trips into the Smokys. We chose this area as we wanted to be away from all of the tourists and attractions...

Recently remodeled. A very nice destination. Located across the street from a good restaurant. The remodeling job was very comprehensive. All the new fixtures were high quality. The fit and finish is good.

The motel was very nice, but I wasn't expecting to have to pay what I paid for the room for one night. Since I got home it has been advertised for $40.00 per night less than I paid. The breakfast was very good and the room was very clean.

Great place to stay. Cades Cove is nearby. Breakfast is very good and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and efficient. We stay here whenever we are in the area and they have rooms available.

We needed early wake up calls but never got calls at the correct time, always late. (computer problem we were told). TV didn't work, Breakfast was not served until 6:45 AM, at least an...

We booked this BW the morning of our stay. I was shocked by the price, but I new it was the last room available and in the Smoky Mountain National Park. We received a pleasant welcome even though it was 11PM. The outside side looked Lovely with Fall decorations and Rocking Chairs outside of every room. Then we opened the...
