Our Miata club group of approximately 30 travelers was quite positively impressed by the neatness, organization, courtesy, efficiency, and cleanliness of the Highland Manor. Additional positives were the beautiful views and pool, the use of the conference facility, all rooms on the first floor and the parking in front of the rooms. We shall all return next year.

For the past two years we have been booking this quaint inn for our viewing of the Fourth of July festivities. It is like we have a Family for the Fourth. Our Mom's cannot go out to the field to see the fireworks so they stay on the balcony and watch the fireworks. If it's too hot like a previous...

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend and really enjoyed it. We had a small retreat with 30 people in their conference room. The facility was nice, employees were fantastic, it was nice and peaceful with great views. The continental breakfast was just that, Danish, bagels and cereal but otherwise all great!

Great place to stay, very roomy, clean, comfortable, had everything one would need. Staff was very acommodating. My wife and I stayed here for Valentines weekend 2014. We loved the area not as crowded as Gatlingburg. Will be planning a return trip in May with my motorcycle group.

Have stayed here 6 times over the past 3 years. Always on a motorcycle trip with friends or family. Very friendly staff and rooms are always clean. Continental breakfast in the morning, but sparse seating. Love staying on this side of the mountain, plus much quieter than Gatlinburg. Will come back again and again.

Highland Manor Inn is family owned and they are so pleasant to stay with! The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice variety of options including fireplaces and hot tubs. We like to stay in the second floor rooms that have a nice balcony with a view. The continental breakfast is just right in a cozy atmosphere with a...

We stayed at Highland Manor Inn over Labor day week-end and had a wonderful time. We did have a problem with the first room that they assigned us which was on the ground floor and smelled musty. They moved us to an upper room and it was fine. This hotel is a little dated but it was clean and the...

This was not only the nicest motel my wife and I have stayed in in several years, it was at an affordable rate too. The room was clean and well-furnished with a couch, easy chairs, fridge and microwave, wi-fi and plenty of room. The close access to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park meant there was lots of beautiful places...

The inn is conveniently located, clean and a great choice for those who don't need lots of extras. Having said that, they have a nice pool for summer and the views are lovely. The place is a bit older, but very clean And cared for. The lobby is tiny but charming and offers basic continental breakfast to start the day.
