Very friendly staff. Excellent park, clean and well maintained. From the time we arrived and checked in the staff was very pleasant and FRIENDLY. Our campsite was on the river and had excellent view of the river.

Sadly Tremont Hills Campground has lost us as customers. We've camped with Tremont for many, many years. The rates have gone exceedingly high for 50 amp service (comparable to Fort Wilderness Rates at Walt Disney World). Also the cancellation policy is very expensive and steep (higher than cancelling a condo in Florida...over $100). The cancellation policy is not available for... More

We had a great time. Great location! Take a tube and float down the river! Bath house was clean. Swimming pool clean and cool temp., friendly staff as far as I can tell. Quiet and family oriented. Our site had a lot of gnats and biting flies buuut we are outdoors. I didnt see one mosquito!!!

You should always check the reviews. Any place that has a non-refundable policy should be your warning. Hopefully someone will read this, avoid staying here and save themselves some grief. That would alone be worth it. Despite losing over $400.00 for 2 campsites for a three day (remember you lose it all, not just the first night), it was worth... More

We came to this location to meet up with some family, they had RV's and we rented a cabin. The location is lovely; it sit's right on the stream and between Townsend and Cades Cove and not far from The Alpine Slide, Goats on the Roof, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin itself seemed to be well maintained and was... More

We stay at Tremont two or three times a year. The campground is clean and we'll run. Friendly staff, full hook ups, cable, wifi, and sites backing up to the Little River with covered decks make this an great place to camp. It is also the closest campground with hookups to Cades Cove. We've never had a bad trip to... More

Stayed the week before the summer price increase. Love the spots along the creek. Once traffic dies down its very peaceful. This is my favorite place to camp in Townsend but it needs some work to stay viable. Sewer hookups, power boxes, even the covered deck areas need timely upgrading. You can charge a higher rate when you provide the... More

The location is really good. Close to Cade's Cove and Pigeon Forge. Did a lot of hiking on the trip. The bath house was clean but not a lot of water pressure. Liked having space at the camp sites but it was a little pricey.

I stayed here a couple of times years ago. Now that's we're camping again, I looked forward to going to the Smokies and staying here again. No changes that I remember but I sure don't remember the price being that high. $165 for 2 nights, gee.... they charges for 1 extra kids, (12 yr old) and an extra vehicle as... More

The office clerk was very nice and would be the only reason for my return. Stopped for a mere overnight of camping, a place I have passed many times in the past 30 years. It was crowed as I expected due to the leaf seekers of October. We paid $45.00 for one night of sewer smell so putrid we had... More
