I called about a week before we decided to take a last minute camping getaway to the mountains. The staff was wonderfully friendly. The bathhouse was clean, and the showers had great water pressure. The only things that were disappointing was the particular campsite we were camping in was not level and was very small. The Fire ring did not...

We stayed 1 night of river and 3 nights on the river. Nice clean park, everyone obeyed the 10 pm- 8 am quiet time which was very important to us. We had 2 dogs with us and they were very accommodating on pets. The park workers both inside and out were very nice and friendly. Park is right at the...

We met my family at Tremont. We camped side-by-side in A-loop by the creek. People tube down the creek and the highway is on the other side of the creek but we felt very comfortable at our campsite despite all the activity. I've attached a photo of the fire pit. You will need a large grill or something to prop...

Very friendly staff. Excellent park, clean and well maintained. From the time we arrived and checked in the staff was very pleasant and FRIENDLY. Our campsite was on the river and had excellent view of the river.

Sadly Tremont Hills Campground has lost us as customers. We've camped with Tremont for many, many years. The rates have gone exceedingly high for 50 amp service (comparable to Fort Wilderness Rates at Walt Disney World). Also the cancellation policy is very expensive and steep (higher than cancelling a condo in Florida...over $100). The cancellation policy is not available for...

We had a great time. Great location! Take a tube and float down the river! Bath house was clean. Swimming pool clean and cool temp., friendly staff as far as I can tell. Quiet and family oriented. Our site had a lot of gnats and biting flies buuut we are outdoors. I didnt see one mosquito!!!

You should always check the reviews. Any place that has a non-refundable policy should be your warning. Hopefully someone will read this, avoid staying here and save themselves some grief. That would alone be worth it. Despite losing over $400.00 for 2 campsites for a three day (remember you lose it all, not just the first night), it was worth...

We came to this location to meet up with some family, they had RV's and we rented a cabin. The location is lovely; it sit's right on the stream and between Townsend and Cades Cove and not far from The Alpine Slide, Goats on the Roof, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin itself seemed to be well maintained and was...

We stay at Tremont two or three times a year. The campground is clean and we'll run. Friendly staff, full hook ups, cable, wifi, and sites backing up to the Little River with covered decks make this an great place to camp. It is also the closest campground with hookups to Cades Cove. We've never had a bad trip to...

Stayed the week before the summer price increase. Love the spots along the creek. Once traffic dies down its very peaceful. This is my favorite place to camp in Townsend but it needs some work to stay viable. Sewer hookups, power boxes, even the covered deck areas need timely upgrading. You can charge a higher rate when you provide the...
