Always clean, quiet and comfortable. This was or fifth or sixth stay here. It is our hotel of choice when visiting family in this area. Always a friendly staff and a decent breakfast in the morning as well.

Came from Alabama to visit family and checked in late Thanksgiving afternoon. Room was immaculate, staff was so kind and courteous, every time I passed any staff member I was warmly greeted. I have never enjoyed a stay away from home as I did at this Hampton Inn. The breakfast bar was spectacular with anything you could ask for, cold...

My husband and I Stopped over while traveling to Nashville. Very clean nice hotel but at least 15 minutes off the interstate. If you are not worried about that this is a great hotel for the price and available even when the Titans play.

Was told to show AAA or AARP on checking in and I did so and was told I would receive a discount. When checking out I did not receive any discount and AAA and or AARP was not recognized for discounts.

This is a scam. I booked through trip advisor. Once I reached the hotel there was no registration. I showed the email and the clerk said the registration was bogus. It did not use their numbering system. I went to cancel the false registration and a note popped up stating it was not free to cancel. The charge would be...

Hotel staff was very welcoming and did everything to make my stay enjoyable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and need a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to spend the night.

Staff is friendly and if you need anything all you have to do is ask. Room was very clean and smelt clean as well. Only thing I would fix is that all rooms don't come with a microwave and a refrigerator. Other than that I will definitely stay there again!

The first room was far from the front desk, and I kept losing the WIFI signal. The front desk lady (very nice and helpful) moved me closer to the front desk and sure enough I kept a signal! Clean, comfy , amazingly fluffy pillows!! Lacking in check in time efficency so no need to rush to be there on time. That was disappointing since I had a wedding rehearsal and dinner to be at. Left went shopping and when I came back it still wasn't ready.

Spent one night there...very small room with no refrigerator, microwave or closet...asked for room with refrigerator, but was told it was a locally owned Hampton and they had business people in those rooms...not very accommodating for Hilton Diamond members...have stayed there several times before, but this was our last!!!
