We stayed at this facility last year in the fall of 2015 and intended on doing the same thing this year. While not the fanciest of facilities, it was clean. On our return trip we were surprised that the rate had increased from the reasonable $69 plus tax that we paid the previous year to $99 plus tax. The only... More

I have no complaints about this budget hotel. The view of the river was nice(even with the water low there were many MANY ducks to feed), the beds comfortable, the room quiet and clean. It wasn't the fanciest but it was perfectly fine for our 2 night stay and the location worked very well for easy access to pigeon forge... More

It's a nice hotel. Not the fanciest but it serves its purpose. Loved the balcony out back. Fed the ducks and geese everyday. Small pool but the kids liked it and that's all that matters. The workers were very nice. The beds were very comfortable

Very basic hotel. The only negative would be no microwave in the room. Did have small refrigerator. We rented a king room which was spacious and the back balcony overlooked open fields and streams. The access to the hotel is off a main road, however and it is busy. The view from the back makes you think you are out... More

This is my second stint at the Landmark. Both stays have been exceptional. I stay a lot in motels/hotels, and the quality of service here is very good. The beds are comfortable, rooms were very clean, front desk was awesome, and the housekeepers go above and beyond. Will not stay anywhere else in Sevierville. Also have a good selection of... More

Needed a place to stay overnight on a trip to the Smokies. Front desk folks were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooking the river and the ducks was an added bonus!! I would definately stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at the Landmark Inn while in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and was awaken at 1:00 am in the morning by the Pigeon Forge Police department attempting to open our door and pointing guns at us. They apparently had wrong information about a drug addict staying in our room and instead of going to the desk first... More

The rooms are dated. If you are expecting all new top notch furnishings then this isn't the place. Otherwise our room was very clean. We were not familiar with this hotel and we were just walk ins. Our room was $109 a night plus tax on a Friday night. We walked into our room to discover there was a two... More

The room was older but we loved the views from the back of the river and the scenery!! We even fed the geese. Room had a fireplace and a jacuzzi for only 89$ + tax. No breakfast but a Shoneys next door and a Burger King across the street. I enjoyed the lady's southern and friendly accent. Room wasn't fancy... More
