Beautiful cabin about a 20 minute drive from down town. We stayed in 5221. Very private. Nice to be able to eat in :). The view from the deck was amazing. Pool table and hot tub. Two living room areas. Road was steep and it was a challenge to park two cars there, but well worth that inconvenience :).

This is a clean and versatile condo that is good for families, couples and anyone wanting to not have the hotel headaches. Travel into town is convenient and all the amenities in the facility were top-notch and well-maintained. I had a family of five spend a week there and it was great.

We reported the cabin's hot tub wasn't working when we got to the cabin. We called and were told that someone would be right up to fix it. It wasn't fixed until the following morning and then we had to call and report it again. There were place settings at the table but the plates had specks of dirt on... More

There were 9 of us staying at the Pinecone Lodge (#2508) for three nights. We each had our own bed. Each of the bedrooms had their own bathroom except for one. The bedrooms/bathrooms were all decorated differently. The two decks had great views, one with a hot tub and the other with a large table that seated 6 to sit... More

We love staying here. Every cabin or cottage we have ever rented has been wonderful. It's location is great and the grounds are well maintained. They offer cabins with different numbers of bedrooms to suit your needs and it is a gated community for all cabin rentals (not sure why).

Well we got online and found this cabin for the same price as a hotel room in this resort town. It included free wifi, hot tub, pool, kitchen, living room, swimming pool, screened in porch with table and chairs for eating. A front porch with rocking chairs, a swing and a tin roof. It was so good we stayed an... More

Our family stayed in the Smokey the Bear cabin (4408). Reminiscent of "Hotel California... once you check in, you can never leave..." Once you got there it was a very nice cabin: downstairs master with a jacuzzi tub, screened in hot tub, screened in patio table for 6 with a pool table, indoor seating area for around 10 with satellite... I'll start off by saying the location is fantastic. Close enough to pigeon Forge and all the activity but far enough away you feel like you're on the mountain. The view was stunning. The cabin was clean and well stocked with the exception of toilet paper. The floorplan was great. All the kids have privacy on the bottom floor but... More

This cabin was suppose to be near a "stream" under a covered bridge, but ended up being a pond under a very loud covered bridge every time a car drove over it and then screeched up the hill. The cabin was very dark, absolutely no view and although clean, that is the nicest thing I can say about it. If... More

Thank you for your recent stay with us. I am sorry if there was some confusion on what cabin 4031 offered. As stated in the paragraph description for cabin 4031, "This cabin sits in a wooded area so, although there are other cabins nearby, you feel secluded. It is within easy walking distance of our beautiful new walking trails, fishpond,... More

I had made a deposit 9 months in advance. Over 90 days prior to my check in date, I had a serious medical problem that would not allow me to be gone for my reservation. I contacted the office and was told they would "hold" my deposit until the end of the year. I attempted to see if I could... More
