Great place to stay, rooms were nice and ready for us when we arrived! Continental breakfast was great. Had plenty even for our large group and the lady in there was very nice she looked past us being so loud in the morning!

The Oak Tree Lodge is where we always stay when we spend a weekend in Pigeon Forge- we happened upon it a few years ago, and have been back several times since then. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, with large flat screen TV's (a must for my husband). There is also a nice indoor pool, and the... More

I thought the price for this room was a high but I guess it was average for the area. The room need updating but nothing was so bad that we wanted to leave. The bathroom was extra small. The jacuzzi tub in the room was not good enough for anything more than a hot bath. The indoor pool was not... More

The facility seems a bit tired, but was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Trash pickup was very noisy at 0600 in the morning right next to my room. Getting to the motel was a challenge with the extremely heavy traffic from Gatlinburg, through Pigeon Forge. They do serve a good breakfast in the morning.

This is not a hotel I would stay at again. It is not that it is “dirty” it is just not up to my standards or expectations. It is old, lacking renovations and noisy. The halls and stairways are in fact rather run down, the room was dark and lacking a feel of comfort. The AC was either too cold... More

I am sorry you did not have a good stay with us. I am not sure if you reserved your room with us or went thru a third party that didn't let us know you were needing special arrangements (I don't get to see your name, so I can't look up your reservation). We do have accessible rooms where the... More

We stay almost every time we come to Pigeon Forge/ Sevierville. We didn't get to stay here the last time because it was a spur of the moment trip. We were sad! We all love it. Beautiful rooms, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Best hotel there is, in my honest opinion. Indoor and outdoor pool. Love it.
