This campground is in a good location for Knoxville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The camp sites are quite close together and the neighbor's sewer hookups are just next to the small concrete area where you sit outside your rig. Quite smelly. There is an open field where you can walk your pets on a leash. Little Pigeon River runs behind... More

Let me just say, they were the NICEST people. The park was clean, the pool was sparkling and the employees were very friendly. The other camper were friendly and the campground was quiet. We always like to get a pull through site. They had plenty of space for us.

An incredible experience! We stayed in a lovely cabin on the river. The cabin was very clean and comfortable, had a beautiful view of the river and was very quiet and peaceful. We used the pool and the playground, both were nice and easy to access. The Sunday morning worship service was uplifting and encouraging...icing on the cake! The staff... More

Stayed here for a week, campground is very clean and well maintained, staff and owners friendly and helpful. Quiet and relaxing, no one mowing or trimming at 9am. Most of the sites are easily accessed by a big rig, lots of different types of sites; pull thru and back -in. Very reasonably priced, church services on Sunday.

This campground is very easy to find, a block or so from the Smoky Mountain Knife Works, across the river. This campground is very affordable, clean, well cared for, and a pleasure to stay in. We had no disappointments whatsoever. 25 channel free cable tv. Internet WIFI was free and worked fine. We stayed in lot 15 which is on... More

This campground is everything you want at a GREAT price! The folks are very nice! The campground is perfectly clean and the rates are half the price of the other campgrounds in the area. The rates are the same for riverfront or pull through. If you don't want to pay twice the price and don't mind driving a little to... More

Stayed in a cabin, our friends camped. Nice and quiet! Nice pool to cool off in. Nice location, off the main drag but close enough to activity of the Smoky mountains. Cabin was enough space for 4, quaint on the water front, just what we needed to rest our heads

They have huge pull through campsites in part of the campground. We had enough space behind us to have another truck pull in behind us. We were camping with a 40ft. fifth wheel with an f-450 pulling it. We didn't stay in the campground much because we spent most of our time in pigeon forge and gatlinburg. I would highly... More

Good size sides, bathrooms were clean and staff friendly. The only thing that keeps me from giving it excellent is they state that their rates are 36-38 and they charged me 40 plus tax. They also don't monitor quiet time. The people next to me were partying till after 1 when quiet time was 11

Our favorite place to camp in this area! This rv park has plenty to do without leaving. I really appreciate the Sunday church services. There is fishing with campsites on the river along with fire pits, a very nice swimming pool, remodeled shower house, laundry and a playground.
