We have stayed at Oak Haven twice and will certainly come back the next time we visit the area. Great cabins - our family loves the game cabins with the pool table, arcade games, ping pong, foosball, and certainly the hot tub! Very well maintained...More
We now choose Oak Haven when we visit the Gatlinburg area. The cabins are back away from the traffic and we love the drive. Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We stayed in cabin #4 and we loved the closeness to the entrance...More
We have been to Oak Haven resort twice and plan to return again this year. The cabins and grounds are just beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and it is the most relaxing vacation ever. Last year, we gave our kids the choice of going to...More
We've stayed at other cabins at Oak Haven but cabin 63 is our favorite. It's called Tara in the Smokies for a reason. It has every Gone With The Wind memorabilia you can imagine. The cabin is beautifully decorated, large, open and always immaculate. There...More
Our entire family enjoyed a 5-day stay at Oak Haven Resort. It was the cleanest cabin we have ever used and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed the recreation areas, especially...More

Like the previous post, I cannot address Cabin 13 specifically although it looks very similar to another that we stayed at - and LOVED. Cabin 13 is near the entrance so the drive is probably easier than some deeper in. The terrain is quite hilly, which makes for a nice, semi-private layout for the cabins, but can be a bit daunting the first few times. It is do-able, just a little intimidating if you are new to the community.
Each cabin is slightly different but we've found them consistently well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. If you are missing anything, the front desk is quick to help (extra linens, for example). You can also review the guest book posts for that cabin online at the resort's website and check out pictures of the interior. The ONLY thing I have ever found missing is the range of cookware I have at home but hey, great excuse not to cook (if you are just looking to mix drinks, I have yet to see a cabin without a blender).
I don't know about the hot tubs but let's just say I'm pretty picky and we haven't hesitated to use them. Kids and I have enjoyed them and never been an issue or concern (ask for additional towels, though :)
We have been in various cabins at Oak Haven 5 times in past year and never disappointed, parking has never been an issue, and stay was always comfortable. I wish you a wonderful vacation.
