We were in the area to visit a friend, so we stayed here for one night. The new owners are very helpful and friendly - gave us great directions and led us right to our site. The park is clean and spacious. There is plenty of grass for dog walking and doggy doody bags available. I didn’t use the showers, but the restrooms were clean and heated! It’s very close to the Pickwick Dam. The wi-fi was spotty, but the cable was good. We would stay here again.
Brought my camper down to Savannah to visit the Shiloh Civil War Battlefield. I found Green Acres on line and booked a pull through site. When I arrived they were very friendly and helpful and had info on the Battlefield, local restaurants, etc. P The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The sites are spread out and it's a relatively small RV Park. The site has 50a/30a, water, sewer, cable and decent wifi. This place is a perfect spot for visiting the Battlefield or anywhere else in the area.
This is a SMALL, well kept park. It has all the amenities you need to make your stay pleasant, and the price is right. We forgot a grill and the owners let us barrow theirs, and went out of there way to make our stay great. You definitely need to stay here if in the area.
This little RV park is very quaint. They are not crowded like many RV parks are in the south. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The owners are always on site and very attentive to the guest needs. I’ve been here for just over a week now and couldn’t be happier.
We were at this campground in May 2018. In general we found the place: good price, nice and roomy sites, clean RV parc, easy access, pull through sites, 3 services, and wifi not too bad. The campground is recommended.
We highly recommend this Good Sam park. It's big-rig friendly, a nice setting, and has a great little pool. The only caveat is that the sites weren't very level, but overall, it was a very nice experience.
It's good. The owners are super nice. Sites are plenty long and nicely kept. Showers and laundry very nice and clean. We will revisit on our next visit. Close to Shiloh and historical sights. Couldn't get WiFi to work but that was the only negative.
Our family stayed here while visiting Shiloh Military Park/Battlefield. We do not have a big RV but put up a big tent so that me and my 7 children could save money rather than stay at a hotel. The people were so nice and friendly and our stay was great. Also, the children loved the pool...as you expected that they would.
We were pleasantly surprised to see how nice the campground was. It is relatively new and very well-kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location has easy access to Shiloh and to Corinth. Definitely stay at this campground again if we were in the area and will recommend it to others who will be visiting.
Most spots are short on shade, but otherwise it's a great RV park. Spots are roomy, not too close together. Laundry and showers are newer and very clean. When you check in, they give you a little pamphlet they put together with lists of nearby stores, repair places, attractions, restaurants (and whether or not they serve alcohol-very helpful in our case 😉 ), etc. Extremely nice people own and operate the place. When the trees grow up around the park and provide a little more shade, it will be perfect. Highly recommend.
