The resort itself is beautiful; however, it is not secure. During my stay, I received a call into my room (absolutely no one had my hotel information except for the staff) from an individual who identified herself as the Manager. She asked if I needed anything such as towels, etc and indicated since I was checking out the next day (who but internal staff would have this information?) she could take care of my bill at that time because there were technical issues they were dealing with so she was reaching out to guests checking out the following day. She offered for me to come down to the front desk or, if I preferred, given the social distancing due to COVID-19, she could assist on the call. I asked to verify her information and she assured me that unless I had given the hotel direct phone number to anyone that the only way I could be contacted was from the resort staff. My immunocompromised son was asleep so the option of leaving him alone to walk downstairs was not an option. I proceeded to take care of the checkout on the call. Upon concluding the call, I called back and spoke to hotel staff who said they had no idea who called me and to call and cancel my debit card because the information had been stolen. I called Pigeon Forge Police and filed a police report. They were prompt to address the matter but the hotel staff could care less. The actual hotel manager never even called me back after I attempted to speak with her by leaving multiple messages. You are not safe at the resort from fraud. The hotel staff confirmed this was not the first incidence. What was intended as a break to relax from all the COVID-related stress turned into credit card fraud and me chasing down management to no avail and stressing out regarding possible money loss. You’re on your own here, we definitely won’t be back.

Our BEST family vacation. We live in Florida and were looking for a fall vacation this year. DreamMore checked every box until we arrived they went above and beyond what was expected. The place is beautiful. Staff is everywhere and extremely accommodating. Rooms are fabulous! Once we arrived we changed rooms to the first floor. They have a small fenced in patio w/ table & chairs. We were in town to be outside once we saw those rooms we had to move. 50's at night was magical sitting on our patio. Our daughter loved having a bunk bed & tv, which I think all rooms have? It melted my heart everyday whatever we were doing she would mention to please be back at 8pm for storytime & smores in the barn. Too sweet! Dreammore couldn't possibly be set up any better. It screams family. Which is exactly what we were looking for. From warm apple cider when you walk in, to the cozy rooms, things to do & friendly staff. We loved absolutely everything. Even free parking! It makes my stomach turn anytime a hotel charges to park. Which is sadly most of them. Rocking chairs everywhere, three or four fire pits glowing at night, outdoor games set up, playground, and more. Everywhere you look a family is smiling. If anyone is reading this for a winter vacation. I must tell you Pigeon Forge is setting up Christmas lights everywhere already. We went to Dollywood for harvest festival the decorations were outstanding. I have a feeling this hotel and surrounding area really does it up for Holiday season. Fa-la-la-la-laaa! If I HAD to nit pick something it would be for story time books to be rotated more. We were there for four nights and heard some of the same books. No big deal at all, our 5yr old bookworm mentioned it. Our stay was wonderful!! I have no idea how someone could give this family loving hotel a four star review. Give it a whirl!

My husband and I loved our stay! The staff were all so kind and we were really impressed with how clean everything was. We were nervous to be in public during this pandemic but we felt very safe at the resort and appreciated all the efforts taken to ensure cleanliness. We also enjoyed the restaurants and poolside service.

Traveled here in June 2020 right after it reopened. The facility was beautiful & very clean. My kids loved the bunk bed in our room. We had a beautiful view of the pool & could even see the Dollywood fireworks at night. We enjoyed various kid activities like makes s'mores, watching movies, water game relays, drinking lemonade, etc. Wearing masks didn't take away from the fun at all. It was also nice to be pre-screened & dropped off at the front gate of Dollywood-fantastic service! The fast passes were nice too but we hardly used them b/c the lines at the park were so short. It was a bummer that the resort playground was closed. We'll definitely stay here next time we come back to Pigeon Forge!

Only stopped in for the night but I must comment that we had a great experience at this resort. After we returned for the evening from town we took a dip in the hot tub and then moved on to the lounge for delicious cocktails. The property is lovely, clean, and the staff is so friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
