Love the stay, very nice people room was clean smelled good and that's is great I have alleries to smoke plan on coming back soon. I give them a five star rating. The place was not noisy with people drinking and parties, drink and all that. I have a pet and she is like a child to us so we... More

I don't enjoy writing a negative review of any location, but, this place doesn't deserve anything positive until it improves it's services and management. It's centrally located to the most popular attractions here in Pigeon Forge, but, the manager is barely literate in English. The internet service is poor and the rooms small and unattractive.

I am not a snob when it come to places to sleep but I have some standards. My husband and his best friend chose the place. Our friends were next door to us. They had to kill a roach the first five minutes they were there. I did not see any bugs in our room but OH I LOOKED! There... More

I reserved this hotel because it was reasonably priced and had a pool. It was my daughters birthday and that was one thing she was looking forward to. According to the website, they had a nice pool. After walking to this pool, we discovered that it don't even belong to the Rodeway Inn! The Pin Oaks cabins own it and... More

For our Anniversary we wanted to get away for a couple of days. I booked here because of the low rate and in a hurry. Well like one review said "You get what you pay for". This was so true!! The rooms are older and have an Oder to them. A wall air conditioner to try and turn on and... More

Our room was very small and crowded, you can barley walk around the bed. Needs to be updated very badly. Walls and carpets looked old and dirty. Cigarette burns on sink, tub and counters. Bed was fine except the pillows were flat.

The people running the place were very nice, however the room smelled sooo bad and there were stains or something nasty all over the walls and the bathroom. There was a hole in the bathtub and the bathroom door had a huge hole in it as well and was covered with duct tape. Burns on the bathtub and blood stains... More

For a budget hotel, this hotel is fine. It clean and affordable. It is close to a lot of attractions. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. No breakfast available, but coffee is available in lobby. Would stay here again for overnight.
