Just book another trip to this amazing hotel. My husband and I love the Margaritaville island hotel. The rooms are extremely clean and the beach vibe makes you feel like your on a tropical vacation in the Caribbean islands. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. Ronnie is top notch and is always willing to help you out with any need you may have. He always makes sure our stay is special. They have live music and a great pool to hang out with wonderful views and drinks. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to be staying in the area. You will love it!!

From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable and Covid safety measures are in place everywhere in the lobby. The resort is very nicely laid out. We stayed in a river view suite room on floor two that overlooked the island bridge over top of the main entrance to the hotel lobby. We liked that you can walk outside the hotel and have several activities available. We went to the hotel bar each day and the service was great! Drinks were pricy but had good amounts of alcohol in them. The only negative of the stay was the mold on the ceilings in the corners of the shower. The room was so impeccable that it is almost unreal they would not spray a little bleach on the ceilings to kill the mold to give it a spotless feel. The rooms smelled of bleach / cleaners to disinfect surfaces but was not overpowering. You could definitely tell they took the time to sanitize well. We would stay here again. A great hotel choice in Pigeon Forge!

Had a great time at the Margaritaville island Hotel. The location was excellent and the rooms were spacious and the river view made us feel right in the mountains! We had trouble with the WiFi in our room but the staff went above and beyond to help us out and make up for whatever issues we were having. The roof top pool had a beautiful view and the place was cleaned and sanitized constantly during our stay, however, no one entered our rooms for housekeeping to minimize contact. Would definitely come back again!
