Booked a room and received a confirmation number. Once we arrived for check-in, we were told we had no reservation, and they had no record of our booking and no rooms were available due to TripAdvisor overbooking rooms. Due to no rooms being available in the Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinburg area my family of four slept in our truck in Walmart's parking lot. The staff was great. So friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, clean carpet. The pool as 12:30 am was nice, w/open windows, fresh air, and sparkling pool. The Lazy River is painted green on bottom to simulate real river, causing darker appearance, but the water is also well kept and clean. There was a game room for children, easy access to entrance. We didn’t have breakfast as we slept late. Definitely will return.

I was hesitant because of a few of these reviews but fortunately we stayed 4nights anyway. It has been our best vacation to the smokeys yet. My 6 year old dont even want to leave the hotel. She loves the Lazy river and the pool so much. The Gameroom is great . Pool table , airhocky and some arcade machines that were awesome . The rooms are so clean and the staff at the front office are all so nice and go above and beyond to get you anything you need. They even volunteed to printed some documents we needed. The balcony had a wonderful view. The staff was excellent. The rooms was great . It was much better than the places we stayed before visiting here and actually cost less. I think people see the older looking sign outfront and get the wrong impression . Oh and the breakfast it is like a buffet. Great sausage , eggs , biscuits , gravy , fruit , cereal, bagels and juices. I have to mention again how awesome the staff are . They went above and beyond our every request . This will be our spot for the smokies from now on on. Photo is from balcony.

What a shame, this place used to be one of the cleanest and most affordable places. It was even on TripAdvisor’s top 10 at one time. I don’t know if the owners sold or if they have new management. Whatever it is they are not doing their job. Please clean! And clean the indoor pool! This was always our go to motel. Especially when we wanted to stay a while. No more. Whoever owns this get off your butt and do your job. It’s not because of the virus because it was going downhill before that. It’s sad we lost our favorite motel.
