We fell short of making that happen for you, and we are genuinely sorry. Although your experience is not typical of our service delivery, we have room to improve, and we assure you we will. We hope you will consider giving us the opportunity to make it up to you on a future visit. Sincerely, Raj Patel

We reserved a King room with a Jacuzzi tub for 2 nights . Front desk staff was friendly. We get to our room (after a very confusing jaunt down 2 corridors that resembled "The Shining". We noticed there was no toilet paper in the room . We had hair in the sink and tub. we had 2 towels 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth . Since its busy season , we were trying to give the benefit of the doubt but that was a mistake. The night only got worse. The Jacuzzi tub did not work. The bathtub did not drain neither did the sink. We then began to notice the smell of mold permeating the room and really the entire hotel . The pool was not operable and the water looked like the everglades swamp. We left after the first night and found accommodations elsewhere. .

I have stayed at this hotel for years. This past weekend will be my last! We were not notified that the indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool was filthy! Water was so cloudy that I wouldn’t let my girls get in. Mattresses on the beds were horrendous!! They both sunk down in the middle. Carpet was dirty and the linens on the beds were stained. Lock on top of the door was broken and the smell of marijuana out in the hallways almost choked us every time that we left the room or come back from the elevator.

They do not inform you of services that are not available prior to checking in. I reserved a handicap room for my daughter that is in a wheelchair. When I arrived they did not have one available!! Also we wanted a hotel with indoor pool.. We were told a check in it was closed . I could not get my money back.
