A family business created by a seventh-generation Sevier Countian and his wife and operated by their sons, we specialize in clean, attractive rooms at very reasonable rates. Our staff of 15 is composed of honest local people who strive to be friendly and helpful. Most of our guests are repeat customers or are referred by their friends and families. We are located in the center of Pigeon Forge withing walking distance of several outstanding restaurants, outlet malls, and amusements. Once you have tried our motel, your vacation planning becomes a snap. We've been here 50 years and we ain't going anywhere.

Great priced (and extremely clean) motel with friendly, hard working staff. It’s obvious how well loved and maintained this property is. We booked 2 comfortable standard rooms that were equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. This location has tons of places to walk or drive to. Everything you need is in this area. If you are headed to Dollywood, there is limited free parking available at the Mass Transit Trolley station at Patriot Park in the Old Mill District (236 Old Mill Ave). Park your car there and purchase the $3.00 all day trolley pass and the trolley drops you off right at Dollywood. Thank you for your hospitality Maples Motor Inn!

Hotel's Favorite
Always stay with the Maples family, same room. Very easy access for my wife with her walker, very comfortable and roomy. The staff have always been extremely accommodating and helpful. Super clean and never a problem. We will be going back for a third visit this fall.

Wonderful place to stay very affordable and clean rooms. Everything was perfect for a good relaxation. Rooms were 100 percent better and cleaner than a comfort inn we stayed in in North Carolina. Thank God for clean Christain Operated Motels. I’ll be back. 🤗we stayed there in March of 2023.

This is our 2nd time staying at Maples motor Inn. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and the friendly, outgoing family that runs the place really make you feel right at home. In my opinion, Maples Motor Inn is the bested compared to any other place in Pigeon Forge. I hope to go back for my 50th wedding anniversary.

Friendly, affordable, easy to work with. Clean and great location in Pigeon Forge. Very fun go-carts next door. In the rear, bridge to Trolley stop and it will take you to the island. So no parking hassle.

This is our third time staying here. We love it! It’s the cleanest hotel in Pigeon Forge. The staff is so nice, comfortable beds and very quiet. I love how they have set prices and not price gouging like other hotels when the area is having things going on. I have booked other hotels only to find out that the prices has changed. This hotel doesn’t change the prices as time goes on…..this is a plus! It you want to stay in the cleanest hotel in Pigeon Forge with great prices I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a mom and pop hotel which is what we love.

Found this hotel after a terrible experience up the road. Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Very reasonable. Will be back here for summer vacation!!! Highly recommend!!!

honest motels in pigeon forge have been battling shysters in the business since the 70's. guess what? those crooks are long gone and we're still standing. unfortunately, they've been replaced by new crooks! so smart travelers read reviews, check the motel room before paying, understand the refund policy, and stick with a good place when they find it. maybe that's why our business is mostly repeat customers.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile but didn’t until now. Glad we did. Accommodations are clean . Not a lot of extras but for the money great place to stay. They actually have daily maid service which I haven’t seen for some time.

We just spent 5 days at the Maples Motor Inn. Why? Because it is a rarity to find a decent place to stay with clean, comfortable rooms, affordable rates. The entire staff is second to none and are like family. MAPLES is conveniently located on the Parkway close to most attractions, just up the street from the Island, Comedy Barn and some of the many eateries in the area. My tip to travelers if your plans are Pigeon Forge make your reservations early, avoid car shows if that’s not in your plans, avoid weekends if that’s possible and most of the shows get busy so make your reservations with them way before you come. The area was excellent for walking to dining and entertainment places. The cost was so low I have not seen prices that low in years. The room was very clean, very friendly staff and the picnic area next to the meandering stream was lovely. There were more towels provided than at other very expensive hotels. Thank you for a super place to stay!
