A family business created by a seventh-generation Sevier Countian and his wife and operated by their sons, we specialize in clean, attractive rooms at very reasonable rates. Our staff of 15 is composed of honest local people who strive to be friendly and helpful. Most of our guests are repeat customers or are referred by their friends and families. We are located in the center of Pigeon Forge withing walking distance of several outstanding restaurants, outlet malls, and amusements. Once you have tried our motel, your vacation planning becomes a snap. We've been here 50 years and we ain't going anywhere.

Always stay with the Maples family, same room. Very easy access for my wife with her walker, very comfortable and roomy. The staff have always been extremely accommodating and helpful. Super clean and never a problem. We will be going back for a third visit this fall.

Myself, my stepdaughter, and her friend had a wonderful stay at Maple’s Motor Inn! My husband was unable to join us at the last minute, so I was a little tentative about the safety of the motel before arriving. Once we were there, I immediately felt extremely safe and comfortable. The grounds and rooms are impeccably clean. I absolutely love that the motel has actual keys with plastic key tags. It definitely adds to the charm of the place. I personally view the outdated rooms as a plus, as I am a huge fan of anything old and well-maintained. The heat/AC unit appeared new and worked great, and I found the bed to be extremely comfortable. I loved the flower hanging baskets hanging along both levels of the motel, and I noticed the parking lot was swept daily. You can see the love put into this property by its owner. I also appreciated that there was a ramp, not steps, up to our second floor room so that we could roll our bags rather than lug them. The room rates accurately reflect the motel’s amenities. I wanted a safe and comfortable place to sleep after a day full of activities, and that is what I got! The only room for improvement was that there was what appeared to be a pet stain on the middle of the carpet (but the room smelled fresh and clean), the pillows are quite flat, and the bath towels are pretty thin and small, but again, these are all things in line with the price of the room. I am sure we would have been given additional pillows and towels if we asked. Lastly, I was gifted a cute mug in celebration of the motel’s 50th year in business and thought that was a great touch! Thank you for the memories, Maple’s Motor Inn! I have already raved about the motel to my husband, so we are looking forward to a return trip!

as my grandma used to say, "Well, bless your heart!" that's about the nicest review we've ever had. it's impossible to please everyone, but almost everyone appreciates the cleanliness and care we try to display, as well as the outrageous rates! (outrageous in a good way. we are hearing many stories from travelers who have been shocked by motels raising rates and bait and switch tactics with the especially high travel the smokies is experiencing.) with the nation's labor shortage caused by excessive unemployment payments, many motels and cabins are having to take shortcuts on keeping their properties clean. not us! our housekeepers and maintenance staff are working hard in this hot weather to provide you a comfortable stay. please tip them as you find appropriate.

We have stayed here a few times and always enjoyed our visit. This is easy to find, just look for the Red Maple Leaf-hope they never take it down! The motel is convenient to shops, shows, children's activities and more. The room is always clean, comfortable and has a microwave, refrigerator and flat screen tv, there are benches outside your room if you want to sit and enjoy reading or just the mountain air. The office is friendly and most helpful as are the room attendants, whether checking in or suggestions on favorite places to eat. As for price, it is always right! They also have a pool enclosed by a fence and facilities to cook out.

Last minute trip and Maples was close to the venue, the price was in our range. This is an established family owned motor inn of Pigeon Forge. The motel and grounds are well maintained. Check in was easy. Check out, just the same. We came in contact with 3 employees which are quite friendly. They have a quiet time from about 11 pm to 7 am each night. Our room was clean and neat. Therefore, you will hear no noise other than the noise from the parkway. If you are in a room toward the river, the noise will be less noticeable. Walking distance to many restaurants (Big Daddy's Pizza almost next door!!) and shopping. Trolley stop at this motel. Behind to motel is very nice next to the river. Neat and clean pool area. I love history and architecture. With that said, For me, the sweetest thing I saw was original ceramic tile on the bathroom floor. In very good shape! This will not be our last stay at Maples!!!

We found Maples by accident or a God send I might say. We were desperate and we began to ride the parkway and we saw maples, drove in and Joe in the office was so nice and immediately assigned us a room on second level like we requested. The room was beautiful, very clean NO complaints and we have stayed in lots of the "up to do" expensive hotels in Pigeon Forge but this one way surpasses all of them Loved the nice maintained pool and loved the seats at each room so we could sit on the porch and relax and wow the area down by the river was so neat but rain kept us from getting to enjoy tot he fullest. To sum it up if you are looking please check Maples out you will be so happy and surprised and oh also they have a quite time after I think 10 or 11 and it is so quite and peaceful no loud people or rowdy people you can rest and sleep with ease. Again, if you are looking please give Maples a try and i can promise like us it will be come your motel of choice every visit to the great Smokey Mountains and Pigeon Forge, it is so convenient to every thing!

Great priced (and extremely clean) motel with friendly, hard working staff. It’s obvious how well loved and maintained this property is. We booked 2 comfortable standard rooms that were equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. This location has tons of places to walk or drive to. Everything you need is in this area. If you are headed to Dollywood, there is limited free parking available at the Mass Transit Trolley station at Patriot Park in the Old Mill District (236 Old Mill Ave). Park your car there and purchase the $3.00 all day trolley pass and the trolley drops you off right at Dollywood. Thank you for your hospitality Maples Motor Inn!

Another great stay during a mini vacation at my favorite place. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s located in walking distance of shops, don’t let the low rates scare you away & book yourself a room.. you won’t regret it! Rooms are super clean & spacious, beds & pillows a very comfortable, the hanging flower baskets throughout the premises are absolutely gorgeous. A special thank you to Ann at the front desk for taking care of us during our stay & for always making me & my family feel at home. thanks keisha! 2 thoughts on our "scary low rates:" 1) the new chain hotels may have indoor pools, "free" breakfast, and modern furnishings, but despite their price being 3x or 4x ours, they are no cleaner or friendlier. 2) many of our competitors, new and old, have absolutely gouged their customers this year as visitation to the smokies has skyrocketed. even though our prices increased the normal 3-6% this year we are suddenly suspicious! next year's rates will be published on our website come march 2022, and you are guaranteed that price! visit maplesmotorinn.com for the best news of your vacation!

My family has stayed at Maples Moter Inn since I was a little girl. This past weekend I stayed with my husband. The Room was very clean, Hotel Staff friendly and the Pool was great! The pricing was very affordable during a busy July 4th weekend. Once you have stayed here, you'll be back. I know we will.

We’ve been staying here a few times a year for years. The rooms are clean, have refrigerators, and microwave. The staff is very friendly. It amazes me seeing them out early every morning cleaning the parking lot of all trash . It’s super clean! It’s not the Marriott and that’s o.k. It’s a family house place and they take pride in it .

We have stayed here over the years! It is the most reasonable rates that you will find. It is a family owned business and they run it well. The rooms are always spotless and you still get daily maid service which is unheard of post Covid! We love staying at a place that treat you like family not a number! Highly recommend!
