My friend and I stayed in one of the updated rooms on the 5th floor. It was a beautiful room with vanity outside the toilet area (my favorite place for it). The room was spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Our view was not what I expected - We could see the Smoky Mountains, beyond the main drag road and parking area. The room had a microwave and fridge, plenty of good lighting. All the employees that we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. Check-in was a breeze since we had made an advance reservation. They have excellent coffee in the lobby and Krispy Kreme donuts available there. I would stay here again if I return to the area anytime soon.

Very clean and a great view of the mountains. Staff was very nice and room service was great when you needed something brought to your room. Great landscaping displays. Fire pits and the guy who played guitar at the fire pits was great. I would recommend this hotel. I will stay again. Thanks to all the staff there.

We just got home from Pigeon Forge and have great reviews to offer for this hotel! We made the reservations 2 weeks ago, Gabby offered one of the few available rooms at a great price. We were happy from the minute we arrived! Randy was super friendly, getting us oriented to the local Sports Bar (Clemson Game on Saturday) and the local favorite restaurants! Breakfast was on the hotel and was just a quick walk away. Several local attractions were just a short walk away..(We loved the Comedy Barn!) Hotel staff were always cleaning something, even the grounds were well kept! The bed was SOOO comfortable, (really felt like one of the major hotels we are more familiar with)...Room service was limited due to the plague, though staff was really quick to bring additional linen when requested. Fast elevator...just nothing to complain about this stay...we will return and recommend this hotel! Thanks!

Not being a big name hotel I was leary to stay here but we had a small dog with us and it's hard to find nice places with a dog. Photos looked nice and staff was nice on the phone when I made reservation. Upon arrival, other than an outdated carpet (which is understandable due to having dogs in there), it was very nice. The staff was very nice at all times, the facility was very clean. They had campfires and smores on property. They have a great place for dogs to play and potty and supply potty bags. There is a river right next to it and they let you use fishing poles. They provide a small breakfast or give you a breakfast at a pancake house across the street. So in a nutshell, it's not the modern contemporary hotel of today, it still uses metal keys, but I can tell you that the overall experience of this hotel makes it worth the stay. The location, right next to the Island in Pigeon Forge, is great too. I'm telling you if you have a pet and you want a nice place to stay with high quality touches, this is the spot for you. If you expect to have 5 star furniture and carpet from a hotel that allows dogs, it's not gonna happen.
