This is an OK park. Not the fanciest park, but clean and at a convenient location for the Pigeon Forge - Gatlinburg area. The wifi is less than desirable. At times we had good speed for browsing and at times (I assume when a lot of people were on it) slow. Owners are very nice and helpful.

Real nice, clean, quiet rv park. One of the friendliest I have ever been to. Bathhouse clean, staff friendly and helpful. Had a spot on the creek. Tight quarters, but we got her in there.(36ft travel trailer with two slide outs) Close to the Pigeon Forge action, but far enough away to not have the noise.

This is a very nice family run RV Park. Close to all things Pigeon Forge. If you have a big rig, don't let your GPS route you in by the back roads. Come down the Parkway (Route 441) and take Wears Valley Road. Only a few pull through sites so book early if this is what you need.

Jennifer goes out of her way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your requests. This is an immaculate, quiet and close to the action Campground. Great to have easy access to the Trolley running through the Park on a regular basis ($.50 per person). It is a Good Sam Park! Would return if in area again.

This park is close to the downtown strip. On the road to Townsend. About 10-15 minutes from Gatlinburg. We found the RVers there nice and friendly. Quiet at night. Restrooms are wonderful. Pretty location on the banks of a creek. We were there before the busy crush of tourists arrived.

We stayed at this resort in November 2016. The campground is Small, Modern, and up to date. They have really good staff, and the facilities are rustic, modern and very nice. We absolutely loved the place. We have a 36 foot 5th wheel with 3 slides, with will be back. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED STAYING HERE.

Nice place to stay. However, the wifi was really bad. In the 21st century, I have yet to understand why wifi hasn't improved. In the morning I had no wifi connectivity, and at approximately 4 p.m. the signal would fade out again. The bathhouse was ok but the water pressure was not the greatest. All the the staff and campers...

This was a very nice quite park but also very full. We were probably lucky to get in without reservations. We visited just at the beginning of the fall colors. It is close to the Great Smoky Mountain park, as we went no a drive each of the two days we were here. Highly recommend. If you have children Pigeon...

Love the location of this park. Centrally located just off the the main route in Pigeon Forge. The staff is very nice. The maintenance man was able to help me resolve an issue with my rv and was very prompt. Have stayed here twice in two years. Will definitely stay again.
