My preteen daughter and I were passing through Pigeon Forge and decided to stay overnight. It was a weekday so they had rooms available. The hotel books quickly for weekends, and I’d say we were lucky to get a nice room. I was impressed with how clean the room was. The bathroom was spotless! We stayed on the side with the view of the graveyard, but I wasn’t there to look out from the balcony. I was there to rest and spend time with my daughter. We had a king size bed and Jacuzzi in our room. We stayed at the end and swim in the pool area outside, but we were told we could also go over to the hotel and swim in their pool. In fact, when we checked out the next morning, the attendant said we could stay as long as we wanted and swim after check out. I have no complaints other than the soda machines on several floors were sold out. But our experience overall was fantastic. The service desk ladies were down to earth and helpful. This is where we will stay on our next visit to PF.

I have stayed at Music Road from the time they opened, as a matter of fact we were the first to sleep in a new room on opening. The hotel has some age on it and it really shows. Today I check in, the view is obstructed, the sofa has a big rip and there are ashes all over the balcony table. So first off they tell me no housekeeping services due to COVID, I'm fine with that. But shouldn't the room be clean to begin with. Ripped open furniture is gross with all kind of germs and I pay for a no smoking area, why ashes outside. And I totally get the no food, but the big obstruction and full rates? I'm so confused!! I am so disappointed, I wish I would have booked somewhere else.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our vacation! Our family enjoyed the waterslide and pool. They even have a lazy river and baby pool. The bathroom in the hotel was hugh! We had plenty of room for our luggage without feeling cramped. I enjoy the deck area outside of our room. Gave is the opportunity to hang out wet swimsuit out to dry and a place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Very quiet hotel. Please note there is a Music Road Hotel and a Music Road Inn. We made the mistake of trying to check in at the hotel and had to get back in the car and go across the street to the inn.

If you are staying here for the pool you will be happy- don't expect a nice room with a view. We stayed in July 2020. 1. Staff was friendly and helpful. 2.Pool and pool-area were clean and hours were great. 3.Covid - No Breakfast not even a grab and go ,voucher, or snack. The snack bar at the pool was closed also. 4.We did not realize there were two different buildings for this property- though the water park is similar it is not the same. we stayed at the INN and the room was lacking. 5. The room itself is in need of remodeling, repair and updating. Wallpaper is peeling, and everything looked old and beat up. The carpet is worn and smelled like wet dog. shoes in the hotel room were required. The room was dark - even with the balcony curtain open it was dark. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom to circulate air. The room was wet and sticky. My six year old said the room smelled like swamp water. It was musty and damp like an old wet basement that was BEFORE we showered.TV was small. 6. The website shows all these great views from the balconies and mountain scenery. Our Balcony was in the parking lot which backed up to a residential area and cars where people were constantly walking past at all hours of the night.

We had a great stay at Music Road Resort. The hotel staff is super friendly and the hotel was very nice and clean. We reserved a river view room and were upgraded to a deluxe room. Our room was quite spacious for our family of four. Our kids loved the pool/water park. They didn’t want to get out of the pool! We also liked that we could go across the street to their sister property and use the pools. Thank you Music Road Resort for the wonderful stay! We will definitely be back!
