We had stayed here before as a family, we enjoy weekend get always and this is close to home, but don’t remember it being this nice.
Walked in to what appeared a recently updated room. Linoleum wood floors, the mind that looks like real hardwood but more durable, and a super clean room. We had a two queen bed room and the beds were more than comfortable. Large tv that you could actually see and was clear. Sitting area with table and two chairs along with padded benches at the foot of the beds gave seating options besides the beds.
Bathroom was big and spacious with a double vanity and a shower big enough to get clean and move while doing so. I am 6’2” and about 240 and had plenty of room. Well lit and stocked with plenty of supplies in case you needed them.
The room actually had a closet as well. Not an open ring with a bar but an actual closet that you could stand in if needed. Actually the whole family could. Also equipped with a coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge in a separate closet of their own.
Had a free breakfast as well that we chose not to take part in because we just wanted something else. The lobby was big and spacious with lots of seating around a roaring fire. Gave it a mountain resort feel an this 30 degree night.
I think it is safe to say we have found out go to place to stay when we stay the night in Pigeon Forge.

We found this to be an ideal spot to stay if you are in Pigeon Forge. This lobby is beautiful with a lovely fireplace and soothing classical music playing. The breakfast is well done...very well attended by hotel staff - ensuring that food was well stocked up through closing time. It would be nice to go back in the summer and enjoy the beautiful outdoor pool (slide for kids) - but the indoor pool seemed great for a winter swim. Very close to restaurants and dinner shows. Beds were very comfortable and our room was clean. Overall great place to stay!

The location of this hotel was perfect - everything we wanted to do was no more than 15 minutes away. We stayed at the Inn.

Check in was frustrating - we arrived prior to check in time but were given a pool pass to use the pool while we waited. We waited from about 1-4:30 for a room because I requested hardwood floors. I thought they would’ve asked housekeeping to prioritize a room for us, but they didn’t and we waited beyond check in time for a room. Front desk staff (we dealt with two different people) was less than helpful and told us they were not allowed to talk to housekeeping, the system would update when a room was ready. It didn’t set a good tone for us starting our vacay that way.

Once ready, The room was clean and large which was a nice surprise. Our bathroom was huge which was great traveling w two littles. The beds were not very comfy. The carpeted rooms looked more outdated.

Breakfast was ehh, no fruit or cereal which was disappointing. And it would’ve been nice to have a different selection some mornings. But that is minimal.

The outdoor pools were great. My kids loved the slide, mushroom and lazy river. No lifeguard and some older kids got crazy in the slide a few times. Indoor pool was stuffy, we only used it once when it rained.

Overall, I was happy the room was clean which is my biggest thing. I would stay again due to cleanliness and location.

Stayed on the Inn side of Music Road for a 2-night mid-January trip to the area in order to try to keep costs down a bit. Hoped for as nice a stay as I'd experienced at the Hotel side in previous trip, but was disappointed.

Room was not nearly as nice as on the hotel side, and while I had a nice view facing the mountains and most of town, I felt it wasn't what I really wanted, and not nearly worth the cost per night, especially for weekend nights, which were expensive even in January.

The fire place in my room was nice to have, and the bathroom was roomy and clean at least. Two sinks and a large vanity along with plenty of towels were available. Room also had a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Bed was a little soft for me, but probably what most folks would want in firmness (I like my beds pretty hard). It was warm enough to use the balcony in the afternoons, even in January, so that was nice.

No housekeeping was available (which was fine for me; I don't really need it), but also no breakfast of ANY kind was offered (they could at least offer "grab and go" items like other hotels do). If no breakfast of any kind is offered, either a discount on the room rate or coupons for breakfast at local restaurants should be offered. I hope once Covid is over, hotel breakfast will return to this and all other locations.

At least in January, parking wasn't an issue, but the small lot could be problematic in seasons when the hotel is more full.

In future, if I choose Music Road, I'll be choosing the Hotel side even if it means paying a bit more, at least until renovations to the Inn are done. It just wasn't the same as the Hotel side, which I have always loved.

Made me feel like showing up 10 minutes early was affensive to them. Didn't get in till 20 minutes after check in time. Decent Hotel amenities but no effort in customer service. Too high priced for motel 6, unfriendly service.

I have stayed at Music Road from the time they opened, as a matter of fact we were the first to sleep in a new room on opening. The hotel has some age on it and it really shows. Today I check in, the view is obstructed, the sofa has a big rip and there are ashes all over the balcony table. So first off they tell me no housekeeping services due to COVID, I'm fine with that. But shouldn't the room be clean to begin with. Ripped open furniture is gross with all kind of germs and I pay for a no smoking area, why ashes outside. And I totally get the no food, but the big obstruction and full rates? I'm so confused!! I am so disappointed, I wish I would have booked somewhere else.

We stayed in the "red roof" building. The room was spacious and very comfortable. As with most hotels there were little things that needed to be addressed. The shower is one of the strongest I have even been under but on our first night the tub did not drain real well and we were standing in water. Once reported it was handled and was fine. The beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi was good - and free. Breakfast was good. Parking was outstanding. The staff was helpful and friendly. The floors (laminate in ours) could be mopped better and more often. We would stay there again.

Hotel was old and worn looking. Light fixtures in room didn’t work, no outlets for plugging in devices, staff was not helpful in finding a place to eat dinner, and at least half of Pigeon Forge restaurants are closed now including the hotel restaurant. There is no where to eat! Why pay for over priced accommodations that lack basic amenities and cleanliness and come here? Save your money and go where you will be appreciated! This town is chock full off rude people and no where to eat or go! Buyer beware!

We are sorry you did not have a better experience visiting our town and also staying with us. Although their are currently issues with supply chains and a need for more workers throughout the area, we appreciate you and the kind people who visit the area and support our businesses and enjoy the beauty of the area with us.

We stayed 3 nights at this inn in Oct. 2020. We specifically chose this hotel because we like to swim each night after our long and busy days. The indoor pool is not heated like the website states. They do not offer breakfast in the morning like the two other hotels that we are staying in on our trip in Tennessee. Besides the indoor pool not being heated and not having the breakfast, these are our only complaints.

Thanks for choosing us, we heat our indoor pools to a target temperature between 82 and 84 degrees and check it daily. It may seem cool when coming from the hot tub that is kept around 105 degrees. We look forward to a time when we feel we can safely offer a great breakfast again but do not feel that is here yet. We appreciate the understanding of our guests as we all have to make decisions during this time that not everybody will understand or agree with.

Me my mom and sisters visit annually. We always stay at the hotel. This year we booked with the hotel as always for 3 nights, they later called and told us they could move us to the inn bc they were closed for renovations at the hotel. For the same price we expected near the same experience. Both rooms had rips in the fold out couches. The mattress had something brown and sticky on the under side of the two inch mattress. Rooms are not nearly as nice. No breakfast offered on either side or coffee. They said they was too short staffed to keep coffee fresh which really sucked for my family bc they each can drink a pot of coffee by them selves so that was extremely disappointing. We almost stayed somewhere else just bc of that reason. After the first night we started seeing people saying at the hotel while we were at the inn and was so confused. They didn’t tell us they was just closed the first day of our trip or we would’ve just pushed our trip back a day! But anyways after the second night we went in and told them our situation that this would be our last annual trip due to our mothers health and not being able to travel after this and that we had stayed at the hotel for years!! They was able to switch us back over to the hotel for the last night of our stay which made our entire trip so much better (although we still missed the coffee) the lady at the hotel was able to work with us and even got us joining rooms and a room close to the elevator for my mom which was what we wanted to begin with at the Inn. So anyone trying to deciding between the two, the scenery at the hotel is so much better than the inn, the cleanliness so much better! This is our favorite place! And we are so thankful for the staff that let us switch from the inn to the hotel for no extra charge for our last trip. You have no clue how much that means to us. ❤️❤️
