Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. The staff was very nice and helpful. Due to COVID-19, housekeeping did not come into the room to clean or make beds. It was requested we put our dirty towels outside our room and housekeeping would replenish them, putting them in a bag and hanging them on the door handle. This worked out very well. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores in the area.

we stayed in room 306 2 queen beds with a large bathroom and tub it also had a fireplace. Window view to the parkway ( no balcony)
The room was large with plenty of room to walk around, It was a little outdated but you could tell they were doing so remodeling to the room ( new pictures, furniture, flat screen T.V.,Beds, comforters, sheets, towels ).
Motel also has a new addition with a big breakfast area , large indoor swimming pool , large fire pit , picnic area with charcoal grill,New rooms have 4 chairs dinette set,non carpet floors, large bathrooms and a view of a side street .
Lots of parking,great internet service,
Room was $79.00 a night
Cons: no clock in room, room was next to elevator, parking garage was a little tight But you could park in the near by parking space . No breakfast because of Convirus.
Stayed again in December 2020 Room 304
Only problem we had both times was with
Housekeeping You had to place your old towels outside the door and they would hang new ones in a bag on your door ,We had to call the front office multiple times to get the towels sent up to your room ,The last visit they never sent any

They do not offer breakfast with your room charge due to Tennessee’s current health restrictions related to coronavirus response. You’ll get no discount; “packaged pastries and cereal bars” are their workaround. Rooms facing the parkway come complete with the traffic noise; outdoor pool is open until 11:00 pm; the indoor pool was clean and much more relaxing and quiet with a working hot tub as well. The older section facing the parkway is very worn; smokers on both floors make the walkway and parking lot their ashtray. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable; however, bring your own pillows from home—theirs are flat and uncomfortable. Terribly overpriced in comparison to other chain-hotels. We completed our stay and enjoyed our trip but won’t come back here.

I was so excited for this hotel I had read so many reviews on multiple places most of them were good. So I thought what the heck 50 bucks a night that’s not too bad for just a place to sleep. The rooms seemed nice enough and they had free breakfast so I thought I had scored. For starters I had asked for a balcony and I booked through booking.com but when we arrived we found out we had a 1st floor street level room. It faced the main parkway in pigeon forge and the traffic noise was terrible, plus we had no privacy what so ever if we wanted to enjoy the outside of our hotel room. We called the front desk and requested we be moved to another floor. They informed us that it would be an additional 100$ to move to a different room. The room was pretty clean for the most part, there was some dust. I found 3 baby cockroaches and a big one. It was disgusting I had the heebie geebies the whole time. The pool, hot tub and fire pit area are the nicest things there, but they were in a completely different building on a different floor. So the walk between our room and the pool area was long and cold this time of year. They didn’t even provide us with extra towels and soap. You get 2 packets of conditioning shampoo, so my boyfriend went to the front desk and they would not give him anything besides bars of soap. Plus they instructed us to put our towels and trash outside of our room every night and in the morning they would bring us fresh towels in a bag because there are no room cleans because of Covid 19. We did this and we NEVER got towels I called and asked for some to be sent to the room and they said that they don’t have anyone to bring them so we would have to come and get them ourselves. I can deal with out dated rooms and long walks to the pool but bad customer service. No thanks. The grounds keeper was nice and that’s about it. I felt like there was nothing else there to make your stay enjoyable or even conformable. The pillows were flat. You literally had to pay for ice from the ice machine. I won’t be back and I suggest you just pay a little more and get a nicer hotel.

I stayed here one night with my family in January. The front desk staff was friendly when I checked in, and even let us check in about 25 minutes earlier than regular check in time. The room was clean, the room heater, shower, and hot water heater worked just fine. We had a balcony and a great view to watch the cars driving on the Parkway. They have a variety of foods with the continental breakfast. Coffee, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, cereal, bagels and cream cheese, and juice.

My only complaint is the pillows were really flat and uncomfortable. The front desk did give us extra pillows, but I still couldn't get comfortable. I can't complain much because the room was only $50 a night, and that allowed more money to spend enjoying Pigeon Forge. I do recommend bringing your own pillows if you are particular. I do plan to return again, and I will bring my own pillows next time.

We had the king bed suite with fireplace. Very spacious and clean as a whistle. The staff here is amazing . The breakfast is really good. Big variety of cereals pastries. And juices. sausage and gravy and eggs. This breakfast area is large and the staff coni royalty cleans tables and makes sure everything is available. We Loved the indoor pool , hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Wish motel had towels in pool area. This only thing I say to improve on.

This hotel is wonderful! For the price and for the quality, you would not believe it! We tried one or two other places when we first started going to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge back in 2009, and was highly disappointed with the other hotels. Then we found Vacation Lodge and we knew this would be our "go to" hotel anytime we would go to that area.
Save yourself some time, money, and energy and stop looking for a better hotel! The people here are extraordinary and the rooms are beyond your expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. Their off season rates are really very good, and even peak season rates are not that unreasonable.

We had a pretty good stay here at vacation lodge. The staff was very accommodating for our needs which pretty much were just towels for the pool and our room. Everyday they came by and cleaned our room and made sure we had enough soaps, garbage bags, towels, etc. The pool was quite big and they also had a nice hot tub. Only until the last day we were there at night time was it fairly busy at the pool area, but that was fine. The kids love staying at hotels were there are pools and so do the wife and I and vacation lodge had just that for our family. The breakfast was good also. The lady that looked over the area was very nice and she made sure she kept her area very tight. Always cleaning and re stocking the breakfast area. The kids loved the sausage links and we enjoyed our accommodated breakfast there as well. We made sure to get there right around the opening time so that it wasn't super busy yet. There was also plenty of seating. Also we didn't get to it but there was a nice little fire pit on the second floor. Only slight downfall of where our room was was that we could hear literally everything that the 3rd floor people were doing. Running around and making lots of noise but we were really tired every time we got to our room so we fell asleep pretty quickly. And on the.last night of our stay we could hear the room next door pretty easily slamming stuff around making lots of noise which was pretty annoying. But for the price we paid it was a good stay. Next time I'll try to get a 3rd floor room so we cant hear anyone above us. Also was right on the main strip and there isn't much sound proof for the road so you hear alot of that as well. Sorry one other thing the shower was very touchy like way to hot or way to cold. And in a lot of spurts it would loose water pressure and get very cold which we did not like. We stayed in room 224. Overall besides all the noise and the shower being touchy we had a good stay at vacation lodge.

This was our first time staying at Vacation Lodge. Was very impressed with this place. They did let you know since cov-19 they did some things different, if you needed clean towels you sit the dirty ones outside the door and they would hang new clean towels on your door in a tied plastic bag. If you needed more coffee cups or things like that you would call the front desk. Staff is very polite and always saw maintenance on property. I would book here again.

This was our third stay at Vacation Lodge and won't be our last. Wife and I stayed for three nights in room #3000 which is a honeymoon suite. Room was fairly clean but could use a deep cleaning. A/C filter light bulbs etc. were very dusty. Floor was still wet from being mopped when we checked in and smelled of fresh mop water. Bed was very comfortable as every time we stay here I say I'm going to buy the mattress and take it home with me. Balcony was a nice touch and we didn't try the jet tub. The gas fireplace was a nice touch. Honestly, if you're looking for a bath for two, you better both be on the small side. Road noise from this room was pretty loud at times. While it wasn't to long ago this room was renovated it is in desperate need of a coat of paint, throughout. Also the drain in the bath tub and jet tub, while probably clean, just look bad and the tub itself was clean but dingy. Pull knobs missing on night stand drawers. Only one chair in the entire room that is advertised as having two chairs and a chaise lounge. And when you sit in the one chair your butt immediately hits boards. the chair is worn out. Not a terrible stay, but not as good as my previous two stays. Next time I wouldn't pay extra for the honeymoon suite, I'd get the King with fireplace instead. They're a little cheaper and I think most are in the new building. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast except for coffee, but everything looked good and the fire pit area is a great place to have a glass of wine.
