We stayed on the 5th floor in a 3 bedroom suite. The middle room TV kept turning itself off. Management was told on Saturday and nothing was done before we left on Tuesday even after several more calls to the front desk. Half of the lights in our rooms didn't work or were missing. Housekeeping did a terrible job cleaning.... More

The room was nasty. Would not even sit on the bed. The bed cover was old and faded, the lamp shades were broken the plug in covers were broken, no cover on the wires hanging from the wall to the TV. Shower didn't work. Hole in the ceiling I think where a fan was suppose to be... Kids drawings on... More

King suite is large but feels empty. Was not empress ed with the set up of the room. The spa tub & bathroom are conjoined. Very small. Lighting in the room is bad & the room smelled awful. Did I mention the pool was nasty

I arrived at 3:30pm for a 4pm check in and was told the room had not been cleaned yet, and would be another hour before it was ready. This penthouse suite that I had reserved had the most filthy, disgusting carpet that I have ever seen. There were stains down the hallway, through both bedrooms and a huge spot on... More

We walked in expecting the worst because of the reviews. Instead we paid near nothing for a beautiful, clean room. Literally the biggest hotel room I've ever been in. It's older and has some knicks here and there. But overall very worth the money. Don't expect the Hilton and you won't be disappointed.
