Rented a cabin in this resort for our family. The resort area is very nice and well kept. It has 2 swimming pools and a picnic area. The location couldn't be better. Many of the cabins in the Great Smoky Mountain area can be off the beaten path, on windy and steep roads, some dirt. Alpine Mountain Village is just... More

We rented the Don't Fence Me In Cabin and it was delightful from beginning- starting with reservations - to end - only it ended too soon! The staff at Alpine Village Resort are the greatest!! This was our first time going thru Alpine Resort but definitely won't be the last! We had our children, grandchildren & great grandchildren all together... More

The good: It was clean and spacious. Had a great mt feel. The bad: There were many lights in the cabin that didn't work including none of the outside ones. The rails on both decks had pulled away from the post and were dangerous to lean on. The steps leading had pulled away from porch to create trip hazard. Just... More

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in June 2016. In a party of 6 adults, the 3 full size bedrooms were perfect for us, Had a couple of niggles on arrival but were dealt with ASAP. Booked through Natural retreats. The village is in the hills but close enough to pigeon forge for getting the most out of the... More

Many things to like about Alpine Village. Location, new construction, natural beauty, community feel, and multiple outdoor pools are the best attributes. This is my second stay and the bathroom/shower layout was the same and is not good, and the Internet service at both cabins was subpar... which can be a big deal since cell reception is not good.... but... My husband and I stayed in The Dreamcatcher, one-bedroom cabin in August 2015 to celebrate my 40th birthday and we had A BLAST!!! This cabin is gorgeous and very, very clean! It has all of the amenities you could ever need and was an excellent home away from home! Very cozy and also romantic! The scenery from the back deck... More

Cabin was very dusty, and especially around the vent ducts and ceiling fans. Had to call for someone to come and inspect because some of the lamps had burnt out bulb's. the bathtub in the downstairs had black mold that had to be cleaned. The recliner downstairs was broken and had pillows and toys stuffed inside the bottom. We had... More

We stayed in God's Grace. The cabin was nice, but needs a few repairs (a piece in the hot tub, air hockey table, tv in loft bedroom). We loved the comfortable chairs in the theater room. It's a somewhat wooded view, but our main view was of a building (church) across the road. The pool is very nice. Our kids... More
