Detailed Reviews
This is the 8th or 9th time I have stayed at this motel. I have always had a pleasant experience. Staff very professional and helpful. The grounds are kept up quite well, no trash in the parking lot, etc. The pool was very nice and clean. Due to the COVID 19, the rooms are not automatically cleaned daily. I did not know this until I finally called the front desk as our room had not been cleaned a particular day. I was not told you had to request it be cleaned so it could be noted to have it cleaned. :FYI, if you are in the room, the housekeepers are not permitted to go into the occupied room to clean. We had to leave the room in order for it to be cleaned. The room was average size, the bathroom is terribly small; it is hard to turn around in the toilet/tub area. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is available, however, we chose to eat breakfast out. I would stay here again.

We come to the area often and typically stay at Hilton hotels. We decided to do a last minute trip and waited too long to book so we didn’t have many options we took a chance and booked this hotel. I’ll be honest I didn’t have high expectations but I was quite surprised at how great this hotel was. The location is perfect. You are about 10/12 minutes away from everything. It was extremely clean it even smelled clean as soon as you walked in. There was not a spec of dust or dirt anywhere the beds were extremely comfortable along with the pillows/blankets. If you are thinking of booking don’t let the few bad reviews stop you. I’m extremely picky when it comes to where I stay and I was very impressed. It may not be the most updated hotel meaning the furniture and decor but if you are looking for great quality for a great price you should definitely consider this hotel. Plenty of shops/restaurants are in walking distance. 10/10 recommend.

In all honesty when you travel to Pigeon Forge, TN you're likely not spending too much time in your hotel room so this Quality Inn & Suites will fit your needs.
It's nothing special but the rooms are good size & clean, there's a large in room spa tub, as well as a small kitchenette. The pool, hot tub & kids "splash" pool are clean but the breakfast is just average however, the location is great!
The check-in staff was very efficient & friendly and the housekeeping staff always provided what we needed. Working ice machines & vending machines is always a bonus.

We booked this last minute and got a freat price thru Priceline (only $55). They had a good pool and good location. The room was decent but the beds were old and very weak. Overall great room for the money and I would recommend if on a budget. They also provided a free breakfast so hard to beat for under $70

We had a lovely room with a fireplace and a spacious bathroom. They have started serving a hot breakfast, but the breakfast room was small with limited seating. We had to sit outside in the cold or carry the food to our room. I recommend the front office staff help facilitate finding open seats by discouraging people holding tables to talk with just a cup of coffee. The room was clean and the staff was accommodating with regards to a special request. We were located next to McAllisters sandwiches and Texas Roadhouse on the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, super close to the National Park. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the great smoky mountains.

My family and I stayed here for one night before checking into our other reservation. Room was fine for one night bathroom is very small and could use a renovation but served it’s purpose. Beds was clean and comfy. Carpet in our room didn’t have no stains. For a cheap overnight stay i would stay again.

Booked this hotel mainly on price and location to Dollywood. Big mistake! You get what you pay for. I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the bad reviews but I saw enough good reviews. Well, trust the bad reviews, they are accurate. Not sure how anyone could give the dump an excellent or even very good.
Ok, first off the elevator was broken and we were booked on a 3rd floor room. The hotel finally fixed the elevator and then the luggage cart had two flat tires. Really, a flat tire, I've never seen this before. Then the room was gross, the carpet was filthy. The hotel is old and needs to be shut down and remodeled, it's that simple. But if they're going to milk this place for all it's worth then the rates should reflect this. Upon check-in there was a room safe fee which was not mentioned and just added on which I just happened to notice and inquire about since the rate didn't match the booking. I did have this removed at the end since I didn't use the safe but all those guests who pay this fee results in thousands of dollars of revenue a year because they don't even know about it. Huge Scam.
The staff was really trying to clean the place but they can only do so much. There were no towels at the pool. A light was out in the bathroom, and the chairs were so disgusting and dated. The bed was very uncomfortable as were these ridiculously old square pillows but I'll say that the sheets were comfortable. I never ever include pictures in a review but in this case, I must. Trust me, pay the extra $25-$50 per night and stay at a better quality hotel. There are tons of them. As for the breakfast, it was barely edible. I think the eggs are from bags and microwaved, same with the sausage patties. Oh, and the pool was freezing, although they claim it is heated, doubt that. The pictures on the website are total BS, and not from this century. They were probably taken a hundred years ago when this place was built. The pictures aren't representative of this hotel, not even close.
Lastly, refer to my title, you've been warned, stay elsewhere or accept a dumpy overpriced, overrated hotel!

Choice Hotels as a brand has never let me down until this stay. Wifi is spotty or nonexistent, the IT person named Chris rarely answers and has a full mailbox so you cant leave him messages.
Room is dated with a cold draft coming in from under the heating unit.
Bathroom is surprisingly not bad.
Bed is hard and springs are starting to pop.

Our room at this hotel was spacious and clean. We had a room with a fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub. The bathroom was clean and big, due to a loose hinge, the door did not shut and latch properly, but other than that, the room was nice We did not use the fireplace, so I cannot comment on it.. The beds were comfortable and the air unit was relatively quiet. Despite this location being in the heart of Pigeon Forge it was surprisingly quiet. There was a microwave and fridge, and sink all in one area, like a mini kitchenette which was nice. One major draw back is that the seating area for breakfast is very small, Choice hotels should work on a way to improve the seating. Breakfast was available: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. The waffles were not available, and I understood why. I am not a fan of eggs, so I am glad the biscuits and gravy were alternate choices, though I would have loved to have a waffle. We only stayed one night, but I would stay again next time I am in the area.

Booked a room for handicapped person when we arrived was told it was on third floor after complaining they put us on the third floor. Room very old outdated. Breakfast was just ok. Maid service was bad they looked so bad we would not let them in our room. We stayed for 3 days and had to have our room rekeyed everyday. No one was working the breakfast bar she was always sitting out front talking. When we asked for a manager they didn’t know who it was. This was very bad stay we were informed that the hotel will be shutting down next year so I guess they don’t care
