My wife and I stayed at this property and it was very disappointing. When we checked in, we were told that due to CoVid housekeeping could not give us any additional towels. If we needed towels we could use the washer/dryer in the room. I have traveled a lot during COVID and i have never had a hotel or resort not bring towels and then use COVID as a reason not to give good service. The second discussion we had with the management team is a late checkout from 11am to 1pm (2 hrs). I was told we could have a late checkout, but it would cost an additional $25/hr. Again, this is unacceptable especially since due to CoVid the resort isn’t booked 100% Occupancy during the week. This was another way to nickel and dime the guest vs truly making sure the guest have an enjoyable experience. We weren’t asking to stay till 4pm. We know from staying in hotel/resorts that the cleaning people aren’t standing at the door waiting for you to leave, so they can clean the room. The manager I spoke to made it clear that this wasn’t a Marriott property, but owned by a group individuals. It would make sense if the property is owned by a group of individuals, the level of service would be even better. I think there are much better properties in Pigeon forge that will be give good service and will be glad to have guest during these COVID times.

This was our first visit to the RiverStone Resort and we were not disappointed. We had a 1 bedroom Condo on the 6th Floor in Building 1 which was right across from the check in office. Plenty of outside and undercover parking and 2 elevators. The condo was very spacious and clean, although it could use an update. It had everything you could think of. We chose a unit with a jacuzzi and it was totally amazing. We had a view of the mountains which was awesome although there was alot of traffic noise from the street below when sitting on the small patio since we had an end unit. There is a Golf Course next door and we had a view of one of the holes' teeing area and putting green thru our kitchen window which was quite entertaining to watch. Live Sports!!! The kitchen was well equipped with all the basics. The only complaint I have is that the 2 dining room chairs were way too low for the table. There were plenty of towels plus there was a washer/dryer in the unit, which was great. The bed was super comfortable. I mainly booked this Resort because it had a Lazy River, which was wonderful, clean and fun and not overly crowded when we visited. There is also a huge indoor pool and jacuzzi which we did not use, but it looked really nice. There is a vending machine in that area where you can purchase drinks and snacks. The grounds are just amazing and so well kept. There is one path where you can walk down to the River. The location of this resort is so close to everything in town, yet you feel like you are away from the hustle, bustle of the town. I would definitely come back here again. The resort is very well managed and everyone is super friendly.

We had a large 3 BR 2 BA condo on 1st FL with golf course patio. It was spacious, easy access and parking. The grounds had beautiful flowers and were quiet but it's also within walking to downtown Old Mill area of Pigeon Forge. You can walk on grounds on riverfront natural path, or a nice cement walking path raised up from riverfront. The family oriented amenities on site are all included and very nice. Staff were nice. The units are a bit "tired", but roomy and a good value especially if you have family-sized group. Kids could play here for days, feels safe day & night. You never have to get in the car or pay extra., if you just want to stay on site or walk nearby. The Gatlinburg golf course next door is a tough one, not for duffers!

Shane is a hero when it comes to massage therapy. I am in one of the shows here in Pigeon Forge and he is the only reason I am able to physically get through it. Been going to him for a few months now for deep tissue/sports massage and the minute I get out I am ready to go go go. He makes you feel great. He aligns you and you feel like a whole other person. I cannot thank the guy enough and he is HIGHLY recommended by me. I even tell everyone at work that they need to go to him cause it is like life changing lol schedule your massage now and get in with him. You won’t regret it!
