We've stayed here before so we decided to stay again. The location is very convenient....just across the highway from The Island. I rated the motel 5 stars last time we stayed but I dropped a star this time due to the fact of the water pressure and temperature. The front office wasn't quite as friendly as our last stay but...

This is your average place to stay...pros: great mattress, convenient to Pidgeon Forge, The Island and Smokey Mt......cons: smelly AC unit, flat pillows, inconsistent water temperature, rust in the bathroom. Would we stay there again....for a few days maybe, for another week no!!

This is only my experience. The location is good to everything on the strip. But I did not have a good experience here. The TV remote had troubles from the beginning. Had to get someone from the front desk to come to the room to get it to work. Only worked for for a while. Then it was pretty much...

The hotel is going through some renovations. The whole third floor is being updated. They are updating the bathrooms now. Hope they will upgrade the rest of the room. We got a good price through Groupon. The location is close to the Island and the LaCouch center. Breakfast has hot waffles (make them yourself), eggs and sausage, and biscuits and...

Either new or being renovated. Hotel rooms very nice, clean etc. All you could want just to sleep or spend down time in. Bathroom, shower left a little to be desired. Either not important or they haven't gotten to it yet. Only SMALL table to write on. Breakfast had several choices but not as good as we expected. Biscuits COLD/HARD...

We checked in on Friday April 21st when we got the room like we always do we checked under the mattresses for any signs of bugs. To our surprise we found no bugs but the underside of the mattress was covered in dried blood. Not a small spot but more like a crime scene. When we told the manager we...

We have been here a year ago and it has had a make over. The room was very clean, comfy and spacious. The location is right in the middle of everything which is great. The breakfast was more than muffins and juice. So that was a pleasant surprise. My only complaint would be the air conditioner was good and cold...

This hotel experience was by far the worst one ever. The room apparently has had some sort of renovation and there was dust and other debris all over the carpet and floors. The carpet even behind the Tv stand was nasty (covered in dust). Also the internet did not work . And there was not enough parking during a busy...

That being said, this is not the worst place in the area that I have ever stayed. It was also far from the best. The room was clean (but I would not have walked around barefoot in the room), the bathroom was in serious need of an update, and the parking could use some help. The staff was very friendly...

As other have said, room was dated, bathroom had no hooks or anything to put clothes or towel on, bed was uncomfortable, any noise inside or out was loud enough to wake me up, room was too small for two queen beds. decided against breakfast buffet as sausage patties were a sick gray color and not much variety in other...
