We spent 4 nights here and it is a decent hotel the property is pretty much across the street from the main road to Dollywood and just down the street from the Stampede. You can walk to the Stampede if you are able to get across the street. Breakfast was the same each day and the food was handed to you on a plate. The rooms were clean and we got fresh towels on the 3rd day by just asking. the only real negative is the size of the bathroom. Very small and hard to move around in.
We had a room with jacuzzi, balcony, and fireplace. Our room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in a king size with the 2 person hot tub and I'd say it was very comfortable. The hot tub could use some work and perhaps a little outdated (timer didn't work and not all jets). Continental breakfast could also use some work. I realize we're in the middle of covid but I still expected more than some mediocre refrigerated strudel and cafeteria eggs, sausage and biscuits. It wasn't perfect, but we were happy with our stay here.
Let me say after booking this hotel and then checking back to see the bad reviews that were added I was expecting the worst! I even tried booking elsewhere with no luck. I am a germaphobe, always have been always will be so I come prepared no matter where I stay with cleaning supplies to disinfect/re-clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this room even so I still cleaned it because that's just what I do. We were right next to the elevator which I thought was going to be extremely noisy but it ended up being fine. The ac unit in the room was louder then I would have wanted but we got used to it. The only complaint I have is we brought leftover food back to the room and forgot to get plastic utensils so I called to the front desk to ask for some and she said they didnt have any even though they serve breakfast so I know they do have them and the girl just didnt want to be bothered. So shout out to Dennys next door because my hubby walked over there and got some with no problem! We did not eat the hotel breakfast so I can't say how it was. We would consider staying again during our quick trips.…
Although it’s my fault for waiting last minute to get accommodations I was underwhelmed with this hotel to say the least. I will start with the good first. The location was great. One could easily walk to the Dolly Stampede and many restaurants nearby. Only 4 miles to Gatlinburg and right on the strip. I had to get two rooms to accommodate our family of 5. As I was researching rooms This one was rated 8.4/10 so I chose it. Not what I expected for the price. The rooms were clean but very dated. The parking was a bit difficult. Breakfast was okay. Because of CoVID I assume things were different however, I feel there are ways that they could have served a variety of foods and still not been in compliance. The pool was cold and the hot tub was luke warm. I probably would not stay here again. …
