This is an okay KOA. My visit was nice enough and I have stayed at hundreds of KOA's over 40 years of camping. The office was clean and well stocked. The host were pleasant but did not lead us to the site as most do. Access is a bit out of the way and the road is narrow with low...

Would not recommend. Had to relocate our trailer in the middle of nite due to stench from a sewer leak. Loud noise from I 40. Staff was friendly however. If you can make it to east Gatlinburg koa it's much better

Small, clean, friendly staff and excellent location. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be out of the crowds. Really enjoyed our stay here. Pet friendly and some of the nicest, most accomodating staff anywhere. Showers and restrooms were super clean and nicely decorated, ver homey.

We stayed overnight on our journey north, It is a typical KOA - small, tight unlevel sites, crowded and noisy, Not sure if it was a family reunion or what but there was a boxing ring set up in the grass as you drove in and lots of loud people rooting the contestants on! The only positive thing I can...

This was the first KOA campground that I have stayed at. My cabin was next to the playground and pool. I enjoyed my stay! I was traveling through the area, and only stopped there to camp overnight, so I didn't get to experience everything the campground had to offer. They have a pool, playground, gift shop, and even an old...

We stayed her 5 nights over the 4th of July, it was the only area campground that had opening. The pool was green with algae and the restrooms were very dirty most of the time. The workers there had no idea how to fix the pool problem, I talked with the owner and he was rude and very defensive. When...

We stayed here on a Sunday night and it appeared to have only one other camper there that night. Of course, they put them right next to us. There were several campers in the park that looked like they had been there quite a while. It was nice for an overnight stay. The shower and restroom facilities were clean. We...

Most KOAs are easy on and easy off, but this one takes some time to get to. After driving on a narrow road through a residential neighborhood, you cross a very narrow "bridge" to enter the park. If you want cable, they give you a gizmo and cable to connect to your tv. We were not about to start messing...

My family and I recently stayed at the park and was HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. We rented three cabins and woke after our first night to find the water had been turned off due to a chance of freeze. During the week the weather warmed to 67 high 52 low still no water. Management was unhelpful and was told that they normally...
