I have never left a review on a hotel but this experience was terrible and falsely advertised. The location is good but it only goes so far when you come back to a very noisy room. It’s located by the freeway which won’t allow you to get rest along with outside entrances where you hear everything. The rooms are outdated and you eventually start second guessing the cleanliness of every part of the room until you can’t relax. You find out at check in to pay 15$ a night to park in a sketchy lot for a 1 star hotel claiming as a 3 star.

Do not stay here!! The rooms are disgusting & dirty. The “king size room” has pillows about the size of your hand. Also felt like they were stuff with rolls of socks. The shower curtain had yellow stains all over. Dirty. Dirty. & loud!! noises inside & outside. They don’t say anything about parking $15 a spot!! Such a rip off. Basically. Don't stay here! Save your money!!

I was expecting high end this was a Red Roof Inn in disguise! This has outside access. The rooms have the flimsiest bedspread. The bathroom, oh my I was not comfortable using. The rooms as you can see need updating. To be in the middle of downtown and using Vanderbilt In the name is misleading.

Absolutely the worse. No break fast. VERY VRRY loud. You have to pay $15.00 a night to park. Rooms a re small out of date. And dirty. The ac works like. Champ. That's about it. We heard every door slam. Every car drive by. The door trim had alot of light coming in . Needs weather strip or something. Parking lot very small. Staff friendly .glad I only stayed 1 night. I won't stay there again ever I would not recommend it either

The last 2 times we've stayed here we fought drain flies coming out of the drain. The AC this time ran and cooled but the room was so humid our clothes felt damp the next morning. They've also jumped on board with charging $15 a night to park. We had a 5:00 am appointment the next morning and people sung and partied near the pool until 10:30 pm. The whole experience was terrible. We've stayed here over the years primarily because it's close to Vanderbilt hospital for our early morning appointments. Even though some renovations have been done it's not near enough. Based on this last 2 day stay we will never stay here again unless it is our last available option.
