This hotel charged for internet in the room. Come on. Really? It is 2016. Also, my shower did not drain well and the breakfast was also not complimentary and ridiculously expensive. If I'm paying more than 200/night for a room I expect free internet and maybe even breakfast. This was kind of a rip off. Other than that, it is...

Dear Katherine V, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. After carefully reading your review it seems as if we fell short of your expectations, and for this I would like to apologize. Unfortunately, all full service Marriott hotels charge for internet. However, you get it complimentary on the first 3...

Upon arriving at Renaissance Nashville I was greeted with a Big smile by Front Desk employee Teianna. She was very professional, thoughtful and kind. She treated my fiancé and I like real people not just a customer. After having had horrible night flying from L.A. into Nashville Teianna made our stay so special and memorable. She is an Absolute asset...

We stayed here for Super Bowl weekend and the hotel and service was great. It was our first time in Nashville and this hotel was great for exploring all the downtown attractions and bars. We got a corner room and it was spacious with a nice view of downtown. We've been staying at a lot of Renaissance brand hotels lately...

After traveling to Nashville from Florida, I realized I had lost a tape recorder that is absolutely critical to my work. Actually thought I had left it on the airplane, but on hunch just thought I'd call the hotel and see if, by chance, I left it in my hotel room -- which I was certain I hadn't. Turns out...

My friends were in to visit Nashville and we decided to spend an evening downtown Nashville. We decided to feel like a tourist and staying off Broadway and the Renaissance. The place is a gem! Great staff and nice hotel close to all the action on Broadway and tourist sites. I like the hotel overall. The rooms look recently remodeled. The common areas also look recently remodeled. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
