I was here for 1 night last month on business. The hotel is very nice. Check in was quick and easy. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The thing I liked best about it was the location. It was walking distance to some great restaurants and the strip. I would definitely stay here again on another...

I checked in and felt a little bedraggled since my suitcase was broken and I had a meeting in an hour. Miles at the front desk got me a room immediately and could not have been more helpful. Later that night, I needed a stapler and Bob (I believe) got me all the supplies I needed for my presentation the...

Hotel is in a good location for events downtown. Andrew concierge gave us great ideas for restaurants and went out of his way to help us. Tiana at front desk was way more kind and helpful than your average check-in experience. Hotel walls are paper thin can hear all the street partying way into the early morning hours. My problem...

Customer service is excellent. Although a room with two queen beds was booked for four teachers here on a conference the reservation was mishandled. The front desk "made it right." We are in a suite on the 25th floor. Fabulous vies! Access to the business center, breakfast, cocktail hour and a large room. The second bed is a roll away...

This is a great hotel right in the middle of Nashville. You could walk to most venues. If you are holding a meeting in Nashville this is your hotel. They have plenty of meeting rooms to accommodate your needs. The on-site restaurant is decent, good service and food. They also have an on-site Starbucks. The rooms are clean and have...

This was our first time traveling to Nashville. My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel. It was clean, updated, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. We arrived about 7:30am and were told that our room was available, which was pleasantly surprising. When leaving, we were talking about a cab to the airport and the shuttle...

The location of this property is ideal ... One block from Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena. We booked two rooms and were upgraded to a corner room with our second room right next door. The corner room was huge and had an extra-large bathroom. The concierge lounge had great selections for breakfast and for evening appetizers, but the space is...

Stayed here for business a few days. Positives: -Location: it was very close to all the action. Nashville was easily walkable from here unless you're headed toward the Vanderbilt area. - Concierge Lounge: had some of the best options I've seen from a lounge. - Room: was updated, comfortable and clean. Power outlets on both sides of the bed (finally)....

Overall, it was a satisfying stay. Miles at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. A good way to start the one night stay. We were on the 17th floor. The main elevators did have an odd urine smell. Our room was 1714 and had a beautiful view with a large king sized bed. The room was clean and...

Me and my fiancé (at the time) came out to Nashville to get married. We stayed at the Renaissance and had a great time! We spent a lot of time on the bridge bar and the bartender/waitress Amanda was amazing! So sweet and friendly. She made us feel very welcomed and felt like home! After we got married the staff...
