I stayed at this property for the 4th of July weekend and would not recommend it if looking for a good nights sleep. The location to all of the action can't be beat but you can hear the music at all the honky tonk bars until 3 a.m. We also had a lot of people who were not registered guests...

Thanks Patty W for your review. I’m sorry that you were disturbed by all the noise from the fireworks and celebration on Broadway during the 4th of July weekend. Your issue with other people on your floor has been communicated to our LP department and is something we make sure is addressed. Thanks for your valued business.

The hotel was well maintained and clean. The room service and food service was great, but the windows must be single pane. The noise ALL night long didn't permit a good night sleep. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel.

We stayed on the fourth of July to be part of Nashville's HUGE celebration and fireworks display. (Which was awesome, by the way. Downtown closed to traffic, free Martina McBride concert, and food, drinks, and bathrooms everywhere. Plus all the music from the honkytonks. Highly recommended!) Nashville hotels are expensive anyway, in my opinion, but they were even more expensive...

Hello JennyQinVA! We appreciate you staying with us during the 4th of July! I’m sorry that it was hard to find parking in the city due to all the people visiting to see all the fireworks. There is parking next to our hotel where you can stay the entire time, you just have to select the 24hr parking option on...

I was at the hotel the weekend of June 25, 2015. I had such a positive experience from the moment we walked in and were greeted by Lee Pulley and Seth Asher. They were very pleasant and accommodating to our party. I then proceeded to speak with Andrew at the concierge desk who hooked us up big time. He made...

We loved the location of this hotel. It is convenient to most activities in downtown Nashville. We stayed here for the first time to enjoy the Nashville fourth of July fireworks. We booked a high floor in the hotel, and we had a great view of western Broadway. We checked in using the Marriott app, and our keys were ready...

Hotel staff and Bell service was phenomenal! They (bell) service went out of their way to help us and funny at that. Rooms were clean and updated. Room service was good as well. Biggest down fall was WiFi. WiFi service is available at a unreal price PER DAY!!!

Our trip was phenomenal! The front desk advisor, Allison, was amazing! She went above and beyond in her servicing our needs. We had a rate discrepancy and she followed thru, immediately. We will return!

We stayed for three nights in June. Great location to see the Ryman (across the street) and a couple of blocks to Broadway with plenty of music, restaurants, bars and shops. Check in was the only problem as we had to wait until almost 6:00 for a room that had been booked weeks earlier. Had received a email that our...

Let me begin by saying the hotel staff was phenomenal. Excellent customer service. The location is great. The room was cold and sterile. The walls are extremely thin, I heard everything going on in the adjacent room. The couple next door argued constantly, using profanity and vulgarity regularly. I found trash under the shelving in the closet when I first...
