Coming to town for a work convention, I had the option of 6 different downtown hotels to select. I chose the Renaissance because of the Marriott flag, knowing I would have access because of my status to the concierge lounge! This property is in a great location to all the downtown action. A few blocks from the nightlife of broadway,...

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights over the Christmas Holiday. Our favorite part of the stay was the Bridge Bar. On Tuesday nights they have live music which was wonderful. We especially applaud our server, Amanda. She went way above and beyond for us. Making sure we liked everything, suggesting menu items, joking with us and telling us about...

I've stayed here twice in the last year. I was completely disappointed with the service levels and attitudes of the staff both times. I would not have picked to stay here on my own. There are much better places to stay downtown!

Very convenient to the fun area of Nashville. Room was very nice, great view, good service. It was a very busy weekend with plenty of wedding guests and visitors. Front desk service was terrific. The only oddity is the valet parking. It can be a bit dicey on arrival. Better signage would help.

This location is great and walking distance to everything. We stayed over New Years Eve so it was very pricey (about $500 p/night) and it didn't "feel like $500" but understanding the holiday it is what it is. Not sure of rates on other times of the year. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and beds were very good. All...

The downtown hotel for small business meeting was perfect. The hotel provided meeting rooms and meals for our group of about 150. The buffet breakfast and lunch were excellent with a variety of foods for all. My only complaint was slow elevators at times, but then again, there was several other large groups in the hotel at the same time....

We booked two rooms with a Travel Zoo deal that included breakfast buffet. It was an easy check in and best of all across street from Ryman and Legends. Perfect for what we had planned and very easy to walk down to Broadway and end up at hotel. There was a little hiccup with the room but Evelyn at the...

This was a first time visit to Nashville. The hotel looks to have been recently renovated. I'm a Marriott Gold member and received a 16th floor corner room. My recommendation is to request a high floor as there is a construction boom going on in downtown Nashville. The room was average sized cut the bathroom was large. Larger than expected...

So I was here on business for a week and I've got to say, this was my favorite hotel I've stayed at. Everyone was so nice. The lady cleaning my room came when I was still in the room working and she said she'd come back later, very nice about it. I didn't get her name but I did leave...

Sunday evening, I misplaced my purse in the hotel.
