Hotel was close to downtown. Free shuttle to and from town a perk. Not many hotels offer that. Free shuttle to airport also. Staff not always accommodating. Had to argue to get a perk that was clearly listed in website. Bar onsite with live music. Breakfast buffet ok

This property is located right outside of downtown Nashville. You can tell the hotel has been around for a long time.....guestrooms could use some updating. Lighting is poor; only one outlet for charinging electronics; bathroom is tiny and closets are small. However, the shower pressure is the BEST!! The property has a restauant that features a full breakfast buffet and...

The location for my needs is ideal. It's about 10 minutes outside the downtown circle which provide a better value than other properties closer in. And because it has a huge parking lot, you can avoid the valet and paid parking that other downtown hotels have which can add $25 or more a day to your stay. The servicable facilities...

We stayed here for a fun friends' trip over the weekend-- we really wanted to be downtown, but everything booked up for some big conventions. Rooms in dire need of refurbishment-- bathroom was dirty (soap left from last guest, dirt in all the crevices), no full length mirror and cheap furnishings considering the rooms were over $200 per night. Would...

Very impressed from service from start to finish of our vacation!! We were welcomed by the front desk staff, to find a clean and updated room, the bar staff of Michael, Gay, and all went above and beyond with hospitality, while the shuttle service being only 2 miles from Broadway- were EXCELLENT!!! They would drop off and pick up, saving...

If not for the fact I scored this on Priceline for quite a bit less, I would be less tolerant of what we experienced. The hotel was due for an update 5-7 years ago. The bathroom is very small, moldy and covered in caulk used to cover up gaps, etc. You know what I'm talking about - we've all seen...

We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend trip in Nashville. Location was ok and between the shuttle and a car, everything was accessible in a short amount of time. Room was fine for what I needed it for (i.e. shower, few hours of sleep). Best part of the trip was the hotel bar with two of...

Have many examples, but this place is not customer friendly. The staff has the "appearance" of friendliness, but when it comes to customer service they have a LOT to learn. I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
