The room was decent. The bar was on point as far as drinks and they also offer. Complimentary shuttle to downtown Nashville. It runs to about 1am I think. We had HBO in our room which was cool. Good location too. Would we stay again? Yep!

A last minute booking thru Hot wire did not know what hotel we were going to until the booking/payment was confirmed. Very happy with the hotel for the money we paid, the room clean, tidy and bed very comfortable. They lay on a free bus that runs on the hour & half hour to/from hotel to downtown Nashville. This is...

The people here were great! Especially Ash - the shuttle driver. He really went out of his way to help us out! The hotel is decent. It needs a little work but not as bad as some of the reviews I saw. Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfy! The hotel bar had singer/songwriters in the...

This was our last hotel on our time in the states and it was definitely the worst, very tired and dated and rooms that could have been cleaner. Our carpet had obviously not been vacuumed before we entered, rather off putting as were the rusty door hinges on the bathroom door. Loved the historical artefacts and artworks which adorned the...

I booked a room with 2 double beds online though a discount reservation site. Our overnight stay was comfortable with no issues. The reception staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and check-in was smooth. The room was clean but it could stand some remodeling, especially in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable with ample pillows and...

We watched football in the bar and had a great view of downtown Nashville from our room. Free shuttle to and from downtown was perfect with very little wait time. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

I stayed a full week at this hotel in January 2017. I was on a business trip and only left the hotel one time the whole week, so I had lots of time here. There were pro's and con's. Starting with the pro's: the check in process was simple enough, the in-room WiFi is easy to connect and fast enough...

This is a great hotel, I have stayed there many times. They offer a free shuttle service to the downtown area. In the past, they would pickup/drop off very close to the Honky-Tonk area. Now, their pick up point is a block and a half away. Elderly and handicap people must go up a steep sideway to get to it....

This historic property has great potential but has a long way to go. Bar and restaurant were, at best, average. Breakfast service was slow and the food was poor. Service was lacking. Room was adequate but nothing to brag about. Will not stay at this property again.

I booked this room thru hotwire....check in went smooth but after that it was all down hill. My room smelt and the pillows were the worst. Saying the room was basic at best is kind. Wanted to order room service but they don't make it easy with no menu in your room. After spending close to 70 dollars on take out, I returned to the hotel to go to my room and the elevator breaks. After being trapped on the elevator for close to 20 min(can u believe it was Friday13) the doors finally open and a hotel employee tried to force us to stay on the broken elevator claiming "if we try to walk of the elevator and it drops we could be hurt"...so what would have happened, if we stayed on the broken elevator, waiting on a nonexistent repair man and it dropped?!?!Needless to say I had to fight for my life and push past the employee. Then walk up and down 5 flights just to get some cutlery, because I was to shaken to use the broken elevator again. Front desk did NOTHING when I tried to tell them about my concerns and even implyed the people on the elevator were responsible. My food was cold by the time I got back to it. So I went to sleep. Woke up to try for some coffee and found out I couldn't EVEN get a complimentary cup of coffee....had to endure the nauseating stench of vomit on the elevator ride back to my room, Someone had vomited and clearly it hasn't been cleaned up just to get to my room and the key isn't working. I do staycations 2x a month. I've stayed at almost every relevant hotel in Nashville, this was my first experience at the Maxwell Milliniem Hotel and it was SORELY DISAPPOINTING!!! For close to 300$ they should be ashamed. My question is where is the accountibility??
