The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff was friendly. Everything was easily accessible, restaurants, bar, gym all in great taste. There’s no pool and the rooms doesn’t have personal fridge nor microwave. Good luck getting one if you require one. Never received ours.
Great hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone was happy and always helpful with any request or need. They staff went above and beyond my expectations. Loews is a fabulous hotel chain who really understand their customers needs and wants. Never had a bad experience at any of their properties I’ve stayed at across the US.
Do not stay at this hotel. The service is terrible. We were overcharged above the amount shown on our check-out receipt and the manager - Chelsea - was uncooperative and refused to correct their error. We asked why our bill was adjusted by them, without our consent, two days after we checked out. We showed them our check out receipt (which was $500 less) and they just blew us off.
Booked an air bnb that did not meet my expectations so i quickly booked one of my favorite hotels. When arriving i was greeting by this guy that I felt was cold and kept asking me to have a seat until my reservation was in the system. I go back up asking if its there yet because we’ve been on the road 8hrs and dealing with the Air bnb for 2 and wanted a shower. He said no. You can wait at the bar. The bar was full and guest were dressed up. My husband tried to get a drink and was never greeted. I told him I rather not hang at the bar considering what I previously mentioned. Another lady come and took over, hate i didnt get her name, so nice. She said she understood and asked if we wanted water because its hot outside. He just walked off She said the system takes 15 mins and she will come find me. 5 mins later she came over to say I was all set and even gave us a slight upgrade.Place is nice and clean. Bathroom needs updating but not bad. They were quick with request. Parking was free but the spots are tight. Ive stayed at Lowes before i feel this is an older building but you can only tell in the bathroom and parking elevator…
The hotel offers a complementary on demand shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel similar to Uber which was a pleasant surprise we were unaware of. Ashton shuffled us several times and was exceptionally friendly and helpful every time.
Hotel is very nice. Public areas and room were clean. Our shuttle driver Ashton was great. Called him to pick us up at a restaurant and he was there minutes later. Would recommend and stay here again.
I really enjoyed my stay! Customer Service was great all over. Phillip and Graham were excellent and made sure our vehicle was out and ready as soon as we came down. I love it! Thanks so much! Will definitely be back soon.
Had the best time staying here. The manager at the hotel, Matt, made my trip and stay here very memorable. Attentive service, great recommendations and runs a great group of staff members. Would highly recommend to all coming to Nashville to stay here. Will be coming back!!
My friends and I recently stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had an amazing time. Our rooms were incredibly clean and the staff was amazing. Taylor at the front desk was so kind and Graham at the valet was welcoming and sweet. The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. What a great weekend -- will definitely be staying at Loews next time I'm in Nashville!
The room was spotless, the bed was a bit firmer than I’m used to but overall it was comfortable. Once I dropped the temperature in the room it was an amazing experience. The hotel was close to a lot of amazing places to walk. Staff was really friendly and always available for help when needed. I came all the way from Massachusetts and would definitely recommend checking out the Lowes.
