Stayed in Nashville for a bachelor party. The hotel was able to get us an early check in on Sunday, which we tried many other properties and they were the only ones to help! Everyone was polite and did a great job from start to end.
My friends and I recently stayed here for a bachelorette trip and had an amazing time. Our rooms were incredibly clean and the staff was amazing. Taylor at the front desk was so kind and Graham at the valet was welcoming and sweet. The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. What a great weekend -- will definitely be staying at Loews next time I'm in Nashville!
The over 30-year-old hotel was recently renovated and has 10 designer suites which were completely renovated. But the “executive suites” they offer were not part of the complete re-do! These suites are two connecting guest rooms with one of the rooms being converted to a sitting room - like putting lipstick on a pig. They charge a 4-diamond price for barley a 3-diamond product - and there is nothing special about these rooms. Save lots of money and get two connecting rooms. The pictures they used were misleading. The rest of hotel was o.k. Housekeeping is excellent if you can get them to the room. One day we left the room shortly after 9AM and when we returned at 4PM, no housekeeping. We called. They eventually came and were great.
Stayed at this location for a national association event. Nicely located near the heart of downtown and across from the University. Very nice accommodations (hotel room/meeting room), good food and service at the bar, and good selection at the coffee shop. What REALLY sets off this establishment, however, is the quality of service delivered by the staff. Many long-term associates that demonstrate a passion for service and hospitality. My favorite of which was Van who always had a smile, a kind word, and some water whenever you needed it. Thanks Van!
This hotel was one of the better ones I've stayed at. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. What really stood out though was the staff, who were to a person extremely friendly and personable. They offer food and drinks at intervals throughout the day in the lobby, always with a smile. The event staff are also amazing, and go out of their way to find coffee when it's not being served, or help in any way. Walter the bartender is my favorite, and gets to know guests as people. Great hotel overall!
Excellent customer service - warm and inviting staff- bellmen and front desk professionals met every need before we even knew we had one! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. We will definitely be back!
The rooms are clean and well serviced, but the amenities at the property are poor. While the staff is polite, they seem to do the bare minimum for service to move the guests along as quickly as possible resulting in an underwhelming experience unmatched by other Loews properties.
I have stayed at the Loew’s Vanderbilt many times and always enjoy my stay. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, and the staff very welcoming. Perfect for Vanderbilt parents in particular as it’s right across from campus.
I was in town for business and everything about our stay was great, however one person stood out. We went for breakfast each morning in the hotel’s restaurant and were served every morning by Roger, the most personable and incredible server I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining with. We typically don’t return to restaurants as we like to explore new places, but looking forward to seeing roger each morning was a great start to the day.
Hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had complementary glass of wine in lobby or bottles of water when needed. Great location and able to walk all around town. Beautiful outdoor seating area and Staff was super friendly especially Van!
