I greatly appreciate that there is a car charger in the hotel garage. That was the main reason we booked at the Lowes, but the charging area isn't policed, so your experience is the luck of the draw. Each Blink charger can only charge one car, but because the port can be on either side of the car, there's an "extra" space that people who aren't charging try to take advantage of.

My spouse and I stayed two nights. The first night the car was low and so we paid the idle charges to leave the car on all night -- an over $40 expense. That's fair because you take the space so long, but it's in addition to the $49/day cost for in and out self-parking.

The second night, we had to squeeze into a space to get to charge because of a large SUV (not even electric) and a non-charging electric car parked by the free charger, and both parked on the line. All the garage spaces are quite narrow, so I had to climb over the gearing and get out on my husband's side. As far as I can tell, there's nothing to encourage people who shouldn't be there to move. We dutifully went back out to the charger after dinner and moved it to another space to not hog the charger. "Topping off" for a couple hours is much less expensive, as you have a different charging rate.

There is an "honor" snack area and mini-fridge in the room already, which is monitored by sensors. If you remove something to make room for your own items, it will charge your room, so this is why you have to ask for a *separate* mini-fridge to be brought up, if you want one. This feels odd since many 2-star hotels these days regularly come with a fridge, and often a microwave, too.

The staff are polite and accommodating.

Best beds, best pillows, best linen, courteous and attentive staff. Food was incredible. Atmosphere in the lounge was calming. Excellent location close to everything and has a shuttle to take you to broadway and see all of the talented musicians in this area.

Lovely stay at Lowes - especially made by the very friendly staff.

Comfy rooms lining and bedding. Plenty of storage space and modern bathroom facilities.

Stayed in the club level rooms facing the main strip and enjoyed credit to room owing to club lounge closure over the festive period which was much appreciated.

Room refreshed every day with coffee and waters, with additional cost snacks available if desired. Numerous food choice ls available for mealtimes with a very nice brunch restaurant serving 6am - 1pm to suit all needs. We were very looked after here by Roger - thank you!

Highly recommend a wander to Cenntinnal park. If looking for our of hotel meal options and sun and fork is a good value/quality for an alternative.

Door staff (notably Van) porters and reception staff highly attentive and additional features like a gym were well equipped.

We stayed for 3nights and felt very well placed to the strip and by the university (definitely worth an explore if you have the time) - For the deal we secured very good value and would happily return - very comfy stay, tasteful decor, convent location, very friendly staff and didn't hear a peep from other rooms.

After negotiating the rush hour traffic and the light snow I finally got to the hotel from the international airport.
I received a warm welcome from John at the front desk , he was friendly and professional.
Very impressive Christmas tree in the lobby area .
Check in was smooth, I swiped my key card for the 6th floor in the elevator.
The room was a good size , clean and well equipped apart from no fridge ( you can arrange for one to be sent to your room ) . No bedside phone in my particular room, not sure if that’s standard!
There is a mini bar / fridge but be careful not to remove any of the items or you will be billed for them !
The bed was super comfortable! as were the pillows.
Very good shower and non slip floor in the shower
Good sound proofed windows.
Wifi signal was reasonably strong .
For bars / music etc head for broadway , a quick cab ride or 25 minute walk.
There’s a supermarket round the corner from the hotel and Starbucks and Subway are nearby
Walgreens is a 15 minute walk .
This was a really nice hotel with hospitable staff , friendly and approachable.
Very nice rooms , but please position the phone by the bedside instead of across the other side of the room .
Thank you for a very pleasant stay

It's a fine stay. It's at a very convenient location near downtown Nashville and you can uber/lyft to places with a fair price. Rooms are small but comfy bed and pillows. Elevator and common places were clean and nice. The mini fridge is full of stuff that you can't even use it because there's no space. Apparently, even though you don't eat/drink any of it, you will get charged just by "touching" the drinks/snacks.

This is a comfortable business style hotel about 35 minutes walk down the gentle hill to Broadway. Road at the front and air conditioning plants and extractors to the rear.
There have been previous comments about the car park which has been updated and is similar to other big city hotels. There is an entry barrier operated by your room key, good lighting and CCTV covering all areas. Plenty of space and lifts to the lobby. Cost about £35 per day + tax.

A large hotel with what appeared to be a large corporate / conference presence during our stay. The bedrooms were nicely decorated with the most comfortable beds of our entire US trip across New Orleans, Nashville, Atlanta and Orlando. The Club lounge is only open on certain days so make sure its included on the days you travel if you have paid the upgrade otherwise you'll miss out on the evening drinks and breakfast. Service across the entire hotel was great from all staff we encountered and any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Why the four stars ?.....well it was a little further out from Broadway than we had anticipated and whilst only a 30-40 min walk it wasn't an option in the 90+ degree heat so we'd probably stay closer to the action on our next visit. That said an Uber is just $8 from the hotel to Broadway.

We stayed there this past weekend for our college reunion. Very friendly hotel staff. Although we didn’t use it, there was a car service provided by the hotel for guests to be dropped off within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. The bellman Van was warm and greeted us with bottles of water when checking in, and was very helpful since we hadn’t been back in Nashville for close to a decade. The rooms were a little older but very comfortable. Would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!

It was never made clear all the fees that are tacked on to your room fee… parking, food in room, etc.

I wouldn’t be surprised if one day you get charged to flush the toilet, turn on the shower or use the elevator to get to your room.

Be warned of all the extra fees you will have when staying here.

The Loews is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location next to Vanderbilt. There are some great restaurants within 10-15 minutes, and we mostly enjoyed our time there. However, after an amazing dinner at Husk this past Saturday night (can't recommend that restaurant enough), we returned to the hotel intending to get drinks from the bar. We're not sure what the deal was, as we barely spoke other than to greet the bartenders, but after we were handed menus the two bartenders stared in our faces, but wouldn't serve us even though we were standing at the bar waiting. They checked on other customers, refreshed their drinks, chatted, whispered to each other, checked people out and started making new drinks for customers already sitting at the bar while we stood patiently waiting for almost ten minutes. When the female bartender just left the bar without a word we just left, deciding to see if we could order drinks to our room instead. When we were informed we had to go back to the bar if we wanted drinks, we recounted this story to room service and they asked us to recount the story to the manager. He was lovely, and sent us up a bottle of wine as well as chocolate covered strawberries for our trouble. The optics of the situation were not good, but the hotel staff was so lovely it really did make up for the lack of hospitality with the bar staff.
