Hotel's Favorite
This is the fourth year that we have stayed at this hotel. This year we stayed two nights as we wanted to take in the music scene in Nashville. This is a very nice hotel that has very comfortable rooms and beds, higher and amenities and excellent service. The breakfast buffet is complementary and one of the best breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel. There is on-site parking and they offer a free shuttle that will go anywhere that’s within 2 miles radius of the hotel. We use the hotel shuttle every year to go down on Broadway Street to take in the music scene and visit the bars and restaurants. The hotel does have an outdoor pool but we are never there at a time when that is open.

Rooms are small the water doesn’t shut off in the bath tub. The fire alarm went off 3 times and staff did not apologize or offer points and they were not informed. Shuttle service was great, the driver was friendly and very helpful

We were unaware of renovations going on at time of booking. We were placed on the 3rd floor right next to the renovations and were woken up at 6:30 Saturday morning because of it. I had to screw the front cover of shower head back on. The water flow wasn’t great but that could have been lack of water pressure or poor shower head. They were down to 1 elevator due to maintenance. TV was undersized and there was no microwave in our room. Location to downtown was good and they do offer a complimentary shuttle within a few mile radius.
