The room was nice. The staff--front desk, housekeeping, and out front--was excellent. I especially enjoyed the evening wine and beer tasting. Each evening included not only beverages but chatting with the friendly staff.

My friends and I stayed at Aloft when our company held a 23K+ member conference in downtown Nashville in July. It was hotter than you-know-where, it rained like crazy two of the 5 days and for the money, in hindsight we wished we'd spent a bit more and save a little less by staying closer to the action (Music Row,...

We stay in Nashville often on our way from Dallas to New York with our two young children and our dog. We like to always try to find something different than the typical roadside hotel. This seemed to fit our needs perfectly. The hotel had a fun feeling when we walked in and our room was really big - a...

The hotel ended up being a pretty good location. It is about a 1 mile walk from the major Broadway bars and super close to some cool bars around Vanderbilt. Basically it is a $5 Uber ride from anywhere you might want to go. The rooms are HUGE. I stayed there with two friends for a girls weekend and we...

The staff were excellent and engaging throughout my stay at the Aloft. I wasn't impressed with how old the elevators and the shell for the rooms seemed. Everything feels new and modern until you look closely. On the plus side, I liked their breakfast options for business travelers - lots of healthy choices.

There are lots of choices in Nashville and we keep coming back. Corporate America craves the employee culture this boutique hotel exudes. Everyone we encountered takes such great pride in their hotel and treats guests like royalty. The rooms are oddly large, you have space for a small yoga studio in the room! Nita was keeping the the busy lobby...

Checking in to the hotel and checking out was easy. The downstairs lobby of the hotel makes it seem like a hip and funky place to stay in music city. However the rooms were a little aged and felt like they were renovated to cover the age but not very well. The bed took a little adjusting too but I...

Little disappointed in Starwoods on this property. Like wow....the rooms were huge but so much empty space you could have a party but no where to sit! It def could use some modern up keeping & brighter colors to make it more appeasing. The lobby or lack of was ok...but not what you would think of a Starwoods. Overall...the location...

Last minute business trip to Nashville. Usually stay closer to downtown, but hotels were booked and opted for this Starwood Property. Friendly check in, but room was in need of major updating. The shower, the toilet, the sink, everything in the bathroom was surrounded by mounds of calking. Shower was difficult to operate, and shower floor had not been cleaned...

Seems to me like they were trying to hard. In my opinion a cool swanky vibe can be designed but also just kind of happens. This place could have been cool but a lack of daily maintenance has taken a toll on this hotel. I found it to be kind of rough and dirty. Location is good. Walkable to downtown.
