This is an extremely cozy bed and breakfast that is only a few blocks away from downtown Nashville. You can even see the beautiful Nashville Skyline from your room. The true gem of this bed and breakfast, however, is the innkeeper, Ellen. She makes you feel right at home and if you have a dear friend in town. She loves...

I had a great time this weekend exploring singer/songwriters in Nashville. The proprietor at Big Bungalow B&B gave me some great tips on establishments and weekend shows hosting singer/songwriters. If seeing and hearing some up and coming singer/songwriters, don't miss The Listening Room and the Bluebird Cafe.

We stayed at the Big Bungalow for two nights and had a great time. It was super clean, accommodating, and charming. The inn keeper was really friendly and gave great advice on places to visit around the city. Most impressive though was her incredible breakfast- she make croissant french toast stuffed with bacon and bananas. Best breakfast I've ever had-...

We were our way home, made the reservation last minute on the fly- so didn't have time to really research the area or reviews. This B & B is a small home in an older neighborhood with just 3 rooms for guests. Ellen, the owner, greeted us and was very helpful going over a map of things to do and...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We had never been to Nashville and decided to forgo staying downtown for a more intimate experience at the Big Bungalow. Totally worth it! Ellen was such an amazing "inn keeper". She provided us with great advice on what to do around town, even making us a reservation one night. Her...

We were in Nashville for two nights and enjoyed our stay at this B&B. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from downtown. Our room was the music room, unusual in that the bathtub/shower was right in the bedroom. The toilet and sink were separate. The decor is all guitar and music, in keeping with the Nashville scene....

The location is perfect for walking to downtown Nashville and to some fun locations in the Five Points area. The hostesses were friendly and pointed us to great restaurants, bars, and venues we wouldn't have visited otherwise. Plus the breakfast was delicious and they cater to dietary needs! Definitely recommend it.

We only had a short visit to Nashville and after driving all day, wanted a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The Big Bungalow was perfect. Beautiful rooms, fantastic artwork on the walls, exquisite carpets, and a lovely suite. Ellen was very welcoming and provided enough information to help us navigate our night out. Her B&B was safe, secure, well provisioned...

My husband and I came to Nashville for a John Prine concert. Our trip was three days and two nights- an extra day so that we could visit some famous attractions downtown. I will review the John Prine concert on the Ryman website (it was amazing!) The Big Bungalow was nicely appointed with beautiful paintings and sculpture. Our hostess was...

Stayed the weekend. We asked to have our breakfast in our room and were told that all guests must eat breakfast downstairs. If you are representing your establishment as a bed and breakfast, I would think having breakfast in your room would be an option. Will not waste money staying with this establishment in the future......

Thanks so much for taking the time to review. We are so sorry but it is not our policy to serve breakfast in the rooms. We do enjoy gathering at a pre-arranged breakfast time so that all our guests can eat together and chat with one another. Apologies once again. Ellen
