Rooms were amazing with large living and common areas, and office as well as two queen beds. The kitchenette was well appointed. The pool was nice for cooling off, and the breakfast was top notch. Would stay again.

We stayed here the week of the NFL draft. This was a great location for us because it was a short walk to downtown (20 minutes) but also far enough away from the action to enjoy some other places we may not have seen if we stayed closer to the draft. We enjoyed live music at Losers/Winners and at the Row. Hattie B’s was around the corner and we got Hot chicken sandwiches. The shuttle was great, we went to 12 south and had BBQ at Edleys. We drove from New York and found parking on the street so we didn’t pay the $30 a night for parking in the garage. The room was perfect for us 3 women, we utilized the refrigerator for beer and left overs. The free breakfast was a nice variety and kept full even when we ran down there with 10 minutes left. Coffee always available in the lobby, and they set up football type snacks for the draft. The employees were all nice and accommodating. We checked out a night early because we wanted to split up our 15 hour drive home. Jazz at the front desk helped us. She is efficient and so friendly. Overall a nice place to relax after hanging out downtown.

My son was in Vanderbilt hospital and I stayed at this wonderful hotel. Huge thank you to Bryan, Cici, YoYo, Burall, Matt & Michael the driver (and all the others I know I have forgotten but not intentionally) for going above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel when you are in the Nashville area. It was a tough time with my son being ill but these folks made me feel like family and I appreciate it more than words can say.

The good: This hotel is situated in a great location with plenty of restaurants and night life around. Very convenient to both Belmont and Vanderbilt University. Hotel has a free shuttle that ran til midnight on weekends and would take you anywhere in 3 miles (that is all of downtown basically). Many Uber and Lyft drivers if you want to go somewhere else. Parking on site is easy, though pricey ($30/night), but that's pretty typical of downtown hotels. It's also a short walk to the Hattie B's Old Towne Trolley Stop, making it super convenient if you want to take that tour and use the hop on/off stuff. We had a 2 queen room and it was clean and comfortable. We stayed on a Friday night and it was a little rowdy at street level until about 11PM and we could hear the bass thumping pretty good even up on the 6th floor. It really wasn't a big deal and it didn't interrupt sleep as it really ceased after 11PM. (Bars and stuff stayed open longer, but the party wagons, which is what was loud, were done by 11.) The bad: The breakfast is the worst I've had at any hotel anywhere in the world. It's all frozen and processed, save for some basic fresh fruit and hard-boiled eggs. They have a case of frozen options - scrambled egg product, sausage biscuits, etc. Think the bargain brands in the freezer case in the grocery store. We opted to try it because we hadn't planned on eating out for breakfast. Never again. For the life of me I can't understand why they wouldn't just do the same type of breakfast as Hampton Inn, which also is a Hilton property. I know it can't be more expensive than this trash. If I were to stay again I would simply hit up a grocer and make my own breakfast in the suite or choose to go out. They also were playing MTV in the breakfast area. That would have been okay if MTV actually still played videos. What was playing, and the commercials, were offensive. Naked or partially clothed women, and one scene in a show was a strip-club scene. Um, no thank you. If people want to watch that, fine - but I don't find sexual objectification of women particularly palatable. Not really an appropriate thing to show in the breakfast area, even in a partying town. (PS, I've also stayed in New Orleans and other party towns and never saw the breakfast area tv tuned to MTV.) Overall, this is a great hotel, sans the breakfast stuff. The staff are lovely, the room is lovely. I would just plan on not having breakfast with them.
