Riley, Seth and Carter were great dudes and took care of my vehicle! Nashville is a great place to stay and these guys made the experience better for me and all of my friends. Would definitely come back again!
This is a brand new hotel close to major attractions in Nashville. There were several restaurants within walking distance. They pay for a lyft anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel and that covers Broadway and all the bars and music there. The room was immaculate as well as other parts of the hotel. The room was large and made for extended stays with a kitchen and plenty of storage. The room was comfortable and quiet. The Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I used the fitness room which had equipment in good condition and adequate. They have a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. The only drawback was parking was $32 but I think that’s Nashville in general.
This hotel at 1500 Charlotte Ave. Is beautiful. It is brand new, the rooms are lovely and spacious. They have a little kitchen nice closet and drawer space, a desk tables lamps and tables with charging stations by the bed. Also a very comfortable bed. Nice television and a couch with an ottoman that was well received after walking around Nashville all day. There are lovely outdoor spaces on the fifth floor by the bar and in the room where you have breakfast. There is also a fitness room. The public areas are Comfortable and there’s even a computer bank where you can print out tickets or information that you need. The front desk staff couldn’t be more friendly and informative. This hotel will offer you a Lyft ride round-trip one time during your stay. Make sure you ask for it! The only situation that was not up to par with everything else in this hotel was the breakfast. The breakfast today was closing at 9 AM. There was a woman running the breakfast room who was not particularly pleasant. We arrived at 8:40 on June 28th and there was barely any food. No waffles no breakfast meats no bagels or English muffins. There were a few pieces of white bread, some eggs, oatmeal, yogurt and cereal. Several families came down with us. When the woman was asked if she would replenish the breakfast meats, waffles and the bread items she replied we are closing. If this is the case that 20 minutes prior to closing they are done with the food they should state that they close at 8:30. The other issue with this woman who clearly was unpleasant, was at 5 minutes to 9 she stood by the door and did not let anybody else in and a family did come down for breakfast. It should have been open for five more minutes. We were watching her and were amazed at her attitude. And then to add insult to injury after she turned away this family she closed the breakfast room doors three minutes early. Not to be a stickler but this woman clearly does not enjoy her job. She was not welcoming or friendly or accommodating like the rest of this hotel clearly is and did not match the standards which are very high. I would recommend this hotel highly but also recommend that you get down to breakfast early! The hotel is well located about a quarter of a mile up the road from the state capital and a five minute Uber or Lyft ride to the Honkytonk area on Broadway. I highly highly recommend this hotel.…
I stayed here for a month for business so I got to know the staff pretty well. They all do a great job- just amazing and friendly and well trained. A couple of my favorite staff members are Antonio the houseman; at the front desk Chanel and Tyler; valet- Carter, Evan, Dominic, Jakobe and Seth. Just a fantastic team. Hotel was clean and very nice. Highly recommend.
Seth, Evan, and Domonic took good care of my car! They were super nice and professional! They got my car in a timely manner. They had goo goo clusters on demand and were willing to share! I highly recommend
